Dreiste Rechnung (750€) ohne Auftrag – und dann noch Mahnung

750 EUR für "Leistungen", die nie bestellt wurden. Keine Geschäftsbeziehung, kein Kontakt, kein Vertrag – nichts. Als Geschäftsführer bin ich der Einzige, der beauftragen kann, und es gab keinen Auftrag.

Die Rechnung nennt sogar eine fremde E-Mail-Adresse als Kontakt. Unsere Firmendaten stammen offensichtlich aus öffentlichen Registern.

Jetzt kommt auch noch eine Mahnung. Für uns ein klarer Versuch, Unternehmen Geld abzunehmen, das ihnen nicht zusteht.

Nicht zahlen. Nicht auf den Zahlungslink klicken. Schriftlich widersprechen.

Estafa

Estafa. No conocemos esta empresa, no hemos contratado nada y nos ha llegado una factura de 750€ que pide pagar online.
Escribimos un correo a Poind pidiendo justificación y nos respondieron que se trató de un error al confundir nuestro nombre con el de un cliente. Pero va por delante que piden el pago de la factura online y a otras empresas europeas les ha pasado lo mismo. Todas han recibido una factura sin tener relación alguna con Poind pidiendo el pago de su factura con un enlace online y tienen todos los datos de la empresa que sacan de internet. La factura aparentemente parece legal, salgo por la inexistencia de contrato y/o servicio.

This is scam

This is scam! Recieved several invoices from them, even if tough there is no business connection. They generated a brand new LinkedIn Profile with some postings to make it seem real.

Wir haben eine Rechnung über 750€ für angebliche Leistungen "Poind — Business Data, Monitoring & Regulatory Intelligence" von diesem Unternehmen erhalten, obwohl weder ein Kontakt noch eine Geschäftsbeziehung besteht.
