There was a misunderstanding with the charge and they were really helpful and they cancelled it and refunded my money

I needed a refund, and the worker helped me out really fast. While, the site itself could better clarify the cost of its services, the customer service staff are on point

They treated my charge fairly and made a good faith effort to address my concerns.

They claim to only charge you $1, but then charge $36 and another $7 and then $35 every month for doing nothing.

Absolute scam. All the positive reviews are probably fake.

Had an issue with the original access to receive information for a family member. Customer support helped me resolve it and we're super helpful

I was redirected from maricopa government site. The charge was suppose to be one dollar to get records. They charged my credit card 99 dollars. I could not access records and they tried to sell additional services. The help line did not assist. I would recommend highly that no one use this service.

This is the most responsive customer service I’ve seen in years. At no point did I get the usual runaround demanding more information. Very impressive. Thanks!!

i didn't read the fine print, i thought i was paying 1.00 for a single report - however, got charged 1.00 + 35.00 for a subscription that i didn't want or need. also... my search was for a person's name that was not included on the report when the results were returned - i was led to believe my search returned details for the name searched which was not the case.

This site should be taken down. It goes to great lengths to pose as a government site, which is illegal. They make the application process tedious to build trust, as it closely mimics the speed of government systems. Extremely deceptive about what they charge for and when they charge it. I was double charged and have not been refunded. The customer service is awful. Avoid at all costs. I regret ever engaging with them.

Edit: they replied with meaningless AI slop asking me to email them, as if I haven't been emailing these scumbags for hours now.

I saw this on the internet and noticed that maybe I could find a deed to a home I was looking for in Maryland. I entered my information and then I see a charge of $25. I did not get the information I was originally looking for. I looked again and then I saw another charge for $36 for a total of $61 on my checking out. I called the 18555085838 and informed the rep that I did not get what I was looking for and that I did not authorize any $61 dollars to be debited from my checking account. she stated she would close account and refund would be issued but may take 3-5 days or even 10 business days according to my bank. I stated that I wanted this credited refunded ASAP and that no banks take 10 business days>.
