I wasn’t in a rush and didn’t give them a strict timeline for picking up my newly purchased bike. Once a pick-up date was confirmed, everything went smoothly—even after I changed the delivery address to a location that’s not easy to find. The vintage bike arrived undamaged and on time. Communication was excellent, with quick responses from all parties involved. I couldn’t be happier—thank you so much! 🤗🙏

I needed to send a bike from Spain to the UK. My situation was a bit complicated but they dealt with everything superbly.

Price was good and communication excellent. I got my quote in Q1 2025 and wanted to send the bike in June 2025. They kept in touch and arranged collection based on my needs.

Brilliant and next time I need to move something between countries I will use them, I can’t recommend them enough and the communication is clearly, and very friendly.

L’´objet était très bien emballé et les échanges avec la personne de contact très chaleur et très orientés client. Je recommande vivement ce transporteur qui m’a proposé un devis très compétitif.

Highly recommend to use this transportation company, easy and excellent communication. Handling of packages with 100% care. I see some negative comments about price, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. I’ve used twice now and will use again.

PointPicker put up a very tempting low quote on AnyVan, I contacted them and they asked me to re-confirm the size and weight of the item. They then revised the price to nearly double, but I accepted this. I was told to pay a deposit to secure their services, so I did. Then, after agreeing collection date and addresses, they said a 'mistake' had been made and they tripled the agreed price. Then I was told the deposit is nonrefundable!! Stay away from scammers like these.
