Everything was handled very carefully and professionally and the price was fair.

I just wanted to write to say what an amazing job your teams did for us last week moving us to two different locations. They were super efficient, calm (when we were not!), very hard working and careful with the furniture and the properties, and well-led by Adrian. They were such a pleasure to work with and be around.
Thank you again for making a very stressful and last minute move a good experience!

The whole booking to removal on the day process was very smooth with excellent support throughout. The removal men in particular were courteous, professional and super helpful, taking extreme care with their handling- very impressed and I would highly recommend. Another positive is that their removal price was the lowest I found!

Fantastic experience with DBM - I wouldn’t use anyone else now! The team, led by Adrian, working with Luca and Sergio, arrived promptly and worked really hard. They had a solution for everything and were professional and efficient throughout. Everything was loaded and unloaded successfully, items reassembled as promised and everything left where requested. I was also really impressed by all the customer service representatives who I dealt with during engagement and booking - so efficient and a pleasure to deal with :)

The DBM removals guys ( unfortunately didn’t get their names) that helped with our move last week were fantastic. They moved all our belongings with so much care and attention. Then moving all our boxes and furniture into our new home with the same care. I could not fault their professionalism throughout. They really took the stress out of moving for us. I used this company for a flat move in London and they were excellent. They arrived on time, handled everything carefully and worked very efficiently. Nothing was damaged and the whole process was stress-free. Very friendly team as well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend!

Arranging a quote was very easy. On the day of the move was very efficient. Customer service was very good and emails were answered quickly.

I couldn't believe how professional DBM was honestly - I have heard of nightmare stories. The 3 guys who came through were absolute pros - they made the daunting task of moving seem so small & easy, they were 12/10.

We were extremely happy!! Could not of gone better. Then the guys who picked up the boxes (after having 7 days to unpack) were also very nice and helpful.

They just get the job done!!
