I've used Point Picker a few times now and every time they have delivered everything in perfect condition and with dedicated and fast communication. I know I can rely on them to be efficient and that the things being shipped will be accounted for and safe. Can't recommend them enough.

Great experience. Clear communication via email. Always a very fast reply. Drivers arrival and delivery communicated approx 24 hours before and stayed true to promise. I transported a bike from the Netherlands to Denmark. Arrived in perfect condition.

It was the second delivery we did with PointPickers, again household item from Austria to Spain. Like the first time, Lisa from the office responded very quickly to all our questions and the transport was organized within a few days. The driver was also very friendly, communication was easy with him and he seemed to be very responsible.Nothing was lost or broken. I can definitely recommend this company and will use it again for the next delivery.

I am giving one star but I would like to give 0. Originally the sender of the packages was receiving the updates of shipping from Spain to the Netherlands. It was supposed to arrive Monday the 22nd of September so I didn't go to university all day since I was not quoted a time until Monday. They delayed for Tuesday 2pm - 3pm, so I had to skip another 4 university hours. Just before 2pm I was told that it would be delayed until 5pm - 6pm. Meaning I could have not missed more lessons. This is a huge dissappointment and I will not be using this service again, and I recommend no one does. Not to mention the estimated shipping time was from 10 - 14 days and it took 14 days. So not only was the delivery time really long but will all these inconveniences is ridiculous. Terrible service.

Update: When my parcels arrived the driver was very rude, angry about my review. I thought this behaviour was utterly unprofessional as I am simply stating what happened. Now, the 17th of October 2025 I was sent an email asking to remove this review, which further shows me the ingenuiety of this company.

Good communication, my request for information on the status of the shipment were always promptly answered. The staff is very friendly and competent. I will definitely use them again .

Clear communication from the start. Pick up and delivery on time. Courteous and helpful drivers. Asked to delay delivery a few days and they did it straight away.

Very experienced and reliable logistics company. Shipped my bike from Austria to Danmark and it arrived within a few days without any problem.
Very nice communication throughout the entire process.
The driver was very frendly and we got updates when he will arrave.

Top marks from me! They transported my 100 year old Rococo sofa from the deepest of the Swedish countryside to inner city London! The office was always there to answer my (many) questions and the drivers were friendly and reliable. I can warmly recommend them to anyone.
