Pole emporium offers a great range of pole clothes for all different sizes. As a more cuvey pole dancer I often struggle to find clothes that fit and look good but Coleen always makes great suggestion... もっず芋る

Fantastic!! Great customer service

10/10 for pole emporium from me! I ordered pleasers months ago and they were out of stock everywhere.. once I was refunded they continued to check when the specific shoes were back in stock. I was kept up to date with weekly updates usually by phone with Rick, (who was fantastic) and once they were back in stock they posted them with express delivery with no extra charge. They tried their hardest to make sure the shoes got to me in time before my photoshoot and in the end, they arrived in time!

They went the extra mile for me and I’m thankful!

Negative experience

Sent me the wrong item and didn’t even apologise - I needed it in time for a photoshoot a day later absolute disgrace. I have then been accused of lying in this review by the company owner - basic customer service to say “we are sorry for sending you the wrong item” which they never said and are yet to tell me.

We did apologize to you in the email that we sent where by we offered to get the correct item sent out to you via next day delivery to ensure you had it in time for for your shoot but you advised us that you had ordered else where. We would like to apologize again for the inconvenience and hope that you can understand that mistakes do happen & we have tried to resolve this for you

Would be five stars except the poles are not available, I understand this is due to Covid but it was annoying as I wanted to by a new pole direct. Had to settle for second hand off gumtree, the pole itself is great quality. So once supply can meet demand XPole is 5star. Refund was very prompt after I cancelled my order, so top marks for customer service.

Quick delivery, good response

Stuff came really quickly. Everything was as I expected - though I had to exchange a size, the replacement came quickly.
