service stop at january 19 2022 no telephone nothing i pay for one year and nothing

Streaming service stopped on Jan 19 2022. PTV phones are disconnected, their website not accessible and email returned undeliverable. Paid annual subscription in September 2021 and no customer notification nor support on refunds or when service will be available. Complaint that a company incorporated does not provide customer value nor satisfaction, and no means of contacting the company for answers nor refunds.

What happened?

Jestem ich klientka od paru lat i zawsze bylam zadowolona, ale nagle przestalo wszystko dzialac. Nie mam pojecia co sie stalo, nawet telefon do nich nie dziala.

Duża część programów telewizyjnych przerywa w trakcie oglądania. Dosyć często występuje zatrzymywanie obrazu przy działającym dźwięku. Sporo kanałów nie działa wcale. Reportowanie niedziałających kanałów skutkuje wysłaniem przez automat wiadomości email, że dział techniczny sprawdzi ten problem. Od kilku dni telewizja wcale nie działa, strona internetowa polish tv company też nie, wiadomości email do biura obsługi klienta nie dochodzą.
Firma Krzak.
Jedyny plus w tej całej sytuacji, to pakiet był zakupiony w promocji i tylko na 3 miesiące.
Nie polecam!

All PolishTV service stop working for me starting 1/13/21 - no apps on TV not working, no phone numbers working, e-mail for customer support returned. Gone? Or legally shut down? Either no response as of 1/13/21. Won't be getting year contracts anymore (still had 8 months to go)- first time learning lesson.

mowi ze firma z ktora mieli kontrakt na website odmowila im nagle przedluzenia kontraktu i sa w trakcie zmiany hosting company. Ale powiedziala ze serwis dziala i musze zaplacic 29.99 na miesiac aby przesluzyc sobie na miesiac. Zaplacilem i dzialo 1 dzien poczym wszystko szlag trafil. I od tej chwili Roksana juz nie odpowiada i nic nie dziala. Mysle ze beda spowrotem bo kasa musi isc a szkoda stracic tylu klientow. Mozliwe ze jakis niezadowlony pracownik podpalil/zniszczyl im serwery i wszystko poszlo z dymem. Tematow do polemiki jest duzo.

Tv było ok od kilku dni niema ani oglądania ani wpłaconych dollars ani kontaktu z firmą

Everything has stopped working on app, android and smart TV service. Still recieved a message to try premium service as each month before I get billed. When I try replying domain error no email. Anyone??

Any updates regarding this service is down? No way of contacting the provider everything’s down.

There is no service since yesterday. Their phone and website are down as well. Terrible terrible service
