Absolutely the worst shady company. Terrible customer service and low quality.

Would like to clarify a few statements you made regarding my review. 1st off , the weather stripping was installed AFTER a river of water began pouring into my bedroom through the exterior door to try and stop the flow of water! 2nd, as I mentioned in my review, I am a consumer, not a window expert, so did not realize the defective installation done till we had our first rain event (again, not even a storm) that happened 5 months later. Even the service manager agreed the install was bad, 3/4" gaps between door and frame. I only realized how bad it was after your service team came back and reinstalled them properly with minimal gaps between door and frame. And how do you explain water leaking through sealed windows that were never touched? And lastly, I forgot to mention previously, that a latch was installed broken and just left like that. I wish I could post the videos but am not able to but will keep trying, it will show the huge gap between door and frame and how the water poured in to create an inch of water in my bedrom , that caused the massive crack to my ceiling below. Do the right thing and reimburse me my costs.
