Excellent communication, prompt delivery, quality looking product. Mk7 fiesta rear axle bushings not fitted yet, but have had them on a previous car and didn't hesitate to use polybush again.

Spoke with there sales team who were extremely informative and very helpful. My jaguar xf bushes arrived next day. Since fitted they have totally transformed the handling of the car were cheaper than... もっず芋る

Arrived quickly and all was good. I think a drawing of bush washer tube fitting and which way round would be handy for some kits.otherwise you can not go wrong.to add having contacted seller diagram... もっず芋る

Rang up first, for a bit of advice, which was freely given and very helpful. Delivery was very quick. Now been fitted by local garage. Got rid of rattles from OEM rubber bushes and definitely shows a... もっず芋る

Banana arm bushes for jag xf

I ordered a set of bushes for the lower front (banana) arms on my Jaguar XF. Very straightforward to fit. Could feel the difference immediately compared to the worn OEM bushes. Steering is tighter but no increase in noise or vibration at all. Very happy.

A great company !

A great company, having watched a video by LR Parts, I realised Polybush were based on North Wales and only a 10 min drive from me. I found Ellis to be really helpful, offering really helpful advice. They now do a click and collect service, which I find very useful. I will be back for more bushes.

I think a drawing of bush washer tube fitting and which way round would be handy for some kits.otherwise you can not go wrong.to add having contacted seller diagram and instructions will now be sent with bushes or access to fitting orientation of bush kit will be accessible to buyer.

I have passed this information on to our design department, who are looking to create some fitting instructions for this part. **UPDATE 10/04/25** We've now created these fitting instructions and uploaded them to both the product & vehicle page.

Alfa 916 rear kit

Nice kit, clearly marked parts and good fit. Rear suspension rebuild is going to look awesome. Only wish you did the inner wish bone bushes too.

Front poly bushes move about

Front bushes move about on the arms and it has knackered 2 tyres at about £250 each and they are supposed to help keep the tyres good under 4 months old so now I have to put new arms on and pokybush don't care as they said its because it may not be original arms

Hi Aaron.
We’re disappointed to see this review, especially as we've tried to understand and resolve the issue with you and have received little to no cooperation in return.

To be absolutely clear: our bushes are manufactured to fit OEM suspension arms. They are engineered to tight tolerances and extensively tested in original Ford arms, where there is no movement whatsoever. If you're using aftermarket arms — these can have difference sizing and tolerancing, therefore we cannot guarantee fitment or performance, and that has been clearly communicated.

We’ve asked for markings, measurements or any evidence to verify what arms you’re using, so that we may better understand the problem and attempt to resolve. However, you’ve either avoided the questions or not responded at all. Without that information, we cannot investigate the problem properly, let alone take responsibility for it.

We’re still willing to help — but we need accurate information to do so. We care about getting this right, but we can’t do that if you won’t work with us.

i went on the website found the items i wanted done the order by 11.30am and it arrived by 13.30 the next day awesome service ! i will be using again definitely !!
