Fantastic service from start to finish. We realised a couple of days after placing our order that we had under ordered and called to amend this. Unfortunately the order had already shipped but Gillian was extremely helpful in ensuring the additional items were processed as a priority and we received them less than 24 hours later. We have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Gillian responded quickly to my email when only 1 of 2 parcels had been delivered. She tracked the 2nd parcel down and kept me informed. Fabulous customer service, hopefully the product is as good!

My experience was absolutely 10 out of 10. Around 20 minutes after placing the order, Gillian called me to confirm all items were correct, advise on additional items that were needed for installation and also to give me preliminary delivery advice. Next day I got a second call to tell me order had been picked up and gave me the delivery time window and to ensure someone was going to be in. Order arrived well packaged as advertised at a great price. It is very refreshing to have direct contact and such excellent telephone support. Thanks to Gillian at Polychannel!

Quick delivery and service great. I needed to know a bit more details of timing of the delivery as I was going to a funeral. The Lady I spoke to on the phone said she would find monitor the delivery company updates for a time slot and get back to me which she did. Most people that say they will do this, you never hear from them again so was very pleased with the customer service. Thank you Gillian the telephone service representative.
