Terrible company. Ordered a tile for next day and did not get posted until the week after. The order was subsequently damaged during delivery and so not delivered. Tried to get in contact to arrange a replacement but have been ignored both via email and phone. Might have to take to small claims court to try and get my money back

I placed an order specifically because the site promised next-day delivery, and my confirmation email explicitly listed that as the delivery date. That date has now passed and my order status is still showing as "Unfulfilled." I've had no emails, no tracking updates, no explanation - nothing.

If you can't actually meet the delivery dates you advertise at checkout, don't put them on the confirmation email. At minimum I'd expect a heads-up when a promised date is going to be missed. Instead I'm left chasing for basic information about an order I've already paid for.

I'll update this review if it's resolved, but right now I can't recommend ordering here if timing matters to you.
