Bought an Evolution Aqua varipump 20000. Good price and delivered quickly but in the first week had 5 x stoppages due to either blocked impeller or electrical trip. In summary item not fit for purpose if not technically faulty (water ingress into cheap connectors). Quick response to email but tone in general was to suggest issue was with my set up gather than the pump and that the returned pump would be tested before for fault before return issued rather than apologising /offering alternatives. Felt as though my integrity was being questioned. Very disappointed with the pump and the attitude of Pond planet.

Following researching many retailers for a number of Oase pond items, I purchased from pond planet after reading the positive reviews they’ve received. My experience was also very positive: items were dispatched and received very quickly. A small issue with one item was resolved very quickly and professionally by their sales department.

I missed a DPD delivery from Pond Planet and instead of redelivering it next day they took it to a locker miles away. I rang Pond Planet and they said DPD would not even try to redeliver and there was nothing they could do and a refund would only be given after the parcel eventually arrived back to them despite it never been delivered, never been in my control or possession and a return to sender request issued to DPD - FROM START TO FINISH A DISGRACE!

These guys in pond planet are so friendly and helpful, I have a small pond and I needed help changing a UV bulb I took the unit down to the shop and they were absolutely great, they cleaned it out and put me a new UV bulb in, I can’t fault them at all it’s not the first time they have helped me out so …..

I ordered what turned out to be a part I didn't need. Returned it untested in original condition and refunded without question.

I have ordered from them once before and wouldn't hesitate to do so again.

Ordered pond plants and paid for express delivery....no that'll be 5-10 working day's. Bit cheeky this isn't stated clearly, it's tucked away in a delivery query section

I am not a Technical expert but thought that CE regulations say this should come with a moulded plug ( Google agreed but they didn’t) In fairness they have refunded the cost of the plug but the issue for us was Safety
The other problem of not having a plug is you don’t know the fuse size ( It’s 3 amp)
Again a safety issue.
It would have been useful if the spray nozzles had been numbered and a description of the pattern of each described. You have to try each one to see what you like.
My wife spoke to them and did not like the attitude, but again they have been quick to respond,
We won’t use them again

Excellent company, ordered from them plenty of times and orders are always delivered quickly and well packaged. I had an issue with a pond filter recently (within guarantee period) and contacted them and had a replacement part delivered within a couple of days, can’t fault them.

Can't say I've had a bad experience with item quality, price or delivery.
Last time I order some Gobi Rock. It was my first time ordering from this company for our Betta fish in a 14.5 gallon tank. The sizes of the rock were perfect and the quality was immaculate. The prices were good aswell and cheaper than most other aquarium websites I typically order from. I have this time ordered some Zebra Rock, Azalea Root and 2 pack of bananna leaves for our betta fish and his new tank mate. (African dwarf frog.) Can't wait to see it. Delivery is always prompt aswell.

Items came quickly, however two were not fit for purpose. Web site said to buy two reducers and glue them together, however they weren't compatible. Pond Planet's solution was to refund one and for me to butcher the other. Not ideal. Also the tank fittings don't come with washers. They are only 59p each, but the web site should have clearly stated they were not included. Pond Planet now want £3.95 delivery for 3 washers, which could easily be sent 2nd class in a small envelope - which they refused to do. Won't use them again.

My first parcel didn't turn up I think because royal mail messed up somewhere so I contacted support and I got my parcel the day after. I'd happily buy from here again as apart from the first item I had no issues and customer support was quick to fix my problems

Excellent service. Great price for my sand and super fast postage for a 20kg parcel. I will be back.

Highly recommended. I had a few questions about odd dimensions for a few parts so gave them a call. Very helpfull measured the bits there and then and good advise give in geniral.
Placed order online a few days later once I worked out all the bits I needed. Arrived well packed and promptly the next day.
Have used a few more times since and will be using again for sure!!
