Pony O Hair Accessories レビュー 

I purchased the bun bar and original Pony-O for myself and my sister, our hair types are quite different (mine on the thicker side and my sister's is quite thin, both medium length). We both found no advantage using the Pony-O; it doesn't hold (trying both the narrow and thicker designs), we're constantly having to re-do/tighten it during the day, the bun bar is also useless. An instruction booklet is included and I've watched numerous instruction videos, so we're using it as instructed, the product just doesn't work. After quite a bit of perseverance, they may as well go in the bin.

Really love their products, especially the bun bar! They respond really fast when you ask a question on Facebook messenger, really nice people.
Would definetly recommend them.

I absolutely love PonyO, it works so well for my fine thin hair, and the best part is,no headaches which I love. It's my go to hair accessory now and I really enjoy it.

I must say it was expensive to get shipped to Australia with additional tax and shipping charges.
It took a while to arrive than expected.
Product does not hold hair till end of my dance practice but i love the bling ringz. Its fancy

I absolutely love my ponyos, bun bar and bling ringz. The delivery took approximately 2 weeks to Iceland (here everything comes long btw :D ) and everything was perfect. I was very excited to try bun bar this time, as I already had a few ponyos (with those I was absolutely amazed), and it´s absolute satisfaction. The bun looks so perfect and the greatest is that you can do it on the go, it always looks perfect and stays on your head.

Also not to forget Bling ringz. They are super elegant and eye catching. You can never go wrong with them. I would tell these fashionable pieces can definitely "bring more sun" to your outfits.

Expensive, took forever to arrive and the neither of the products I bought (bun bar and original) will stay in my (fairly thin mid length) hair at all. Total waste of money

Love my pony-o’s (yes I now have multiple!!)

I work in the Health Sector and am required to have my hair pulled back all day long. Pony-o are fabulous. Stay in all day, no need to adjust and no headaches at the end of the day. So good that my Colleagues and I did a bulk Pony-o order!!!

Only problem is choosing which colours to buy 😃

I received the pony o’s I ordered for my daughter quickly in the mail. She was excited to wear one to her rodeo and we were amazed it stayed perfectly in place during all her runs! She wants one in every color now!

I ordered 2 pony o's online, I will say one broke within a couple of weeks, they contacted me and sent me a new one and told me how to care for my Pony O. Since then I have ordered 4 more and the bun barz. I am very pleased with the products and make my hair look amazing. I will say I feel like the XL work better for me and would last longer than the regular Pony O.

Pony O colors are amazing and do not rip my hair - I sleep in them sometimes
Bun bars do NOT budge and save so much time

The best invention ever....I have long thin hair but lots and lots of it. I could make this work the first tine I tried it. My hair does not move all day and I can't even feel that I have it up or the Pony-O that is doing the work. I will definately be back for more colours...thank you, all the way from Australia! Xxx

Ok I am a pony-o convert now. I have thin medium-length hair, and I've always been super cautious with teasing it as to not break it. I'm also beauty-challenged, and have no knowledge of intricate hair updo techniques. So most of my life I've been either wearing my hair down or in a ponytail.
With pony-o, I've had the easiest time creating cute updos life the French twist and the butterfly in less than a minute, and it lasted me through the evening. I have the classic pony-o, and wear so impressed with the ease of use and how it doesn't damage my hair that I just ordered the thin pony-o 2.0 and the bun bar. Tried it today for the first time and my bun stayed up without issue throughout the day, including an hour long bike ride without a helmet :)

Placed an order and after a few days had still heard nothing regarding dispatch so I contacted them and was given a DHL tracking number which made no progress for about 3 weeks. I hadn’t contacted pony-o during this time as they had said shipping was taking longer than usual. I then received an email from pony-o stating there had been an error and DHL had returned the parcel to them but they had re-sent my order and if I waited 48 hours I could use the same tracking number to check order status. (This sounded slightly iffy to me tbh as surely every new dispatch would create new tracking info) I waited the 48 hours and tried the same tracking info as per pony-o’s instructions. DHL tracking said number did not exist. I emailed asking for up to date tracking info and that due to the amount of time that had lapsed and given the circumstances I was concerned I wouldn’t receive my order at all and if they can’t provide me with correct tracking and an estimated delivery date Id escalate it with PayPal. I got an email about 10 mins later saying id been refunded nothing else, no tracking info, no explanation of any sort just stating Id been refunded. Haven’t as yet received refund. So looks to me like my order hadn’t been re-sent. I dont know if they thought Id just forget Id ordered from them or something but whole experience ordering with them seemed odd. Id avoid buying from them. Ill stick to the vastly cheaper ebay/Amazon versions that are actually dispatched

I absolutely love the Pony O. It had made my pony tails look so much fuller, as well as making a bun! They are also great for high impact exercise, as I don’t have to constantly tighten it!

Pony o is an excellent product, i am so happy with my purchase, it really works and holds hair as it is shown in the advertisement, so i also want to thank the pony o team for their honesty.

Just a complete waste of money. Used 1 band for 1 day, and already the metal from the inside is showing through where the rubber has pulled away.
Extremely poor quality.
I would add a photo if I could. Have sent a photo to their support team and asked for a refund.

Since they've replied I'd like to add that I bought it straight from their website.

Shannon Hill was amazing and showed me this awesome hair accessory! It holds my heavy hair in place and it kept it tight! I love love my pony-o I ordered four more !

Cannot believe I'm writing this review as I was convinced these products would not work on my hair. But they ACTUALLY WORK ! First I have very long, heavy, thick wavy hair. So I bought the extra large Pony O for ponytails and the Bun Maker. The Pony O is very rigid when its in place and there is no way hair can move. It's extremely easy to use and you cannot feel it which is amazing and it doesn't pull at all. Found it very easy to get in as well even though I have loads of hair! The Bun Maker which I was also convinced would not work for me does exactly what it says it will do and makes a perfect bun. I like a bit of a messy bun and that can be achieved. Very easy to use too. Would highly recommend.

I really want to love pony-o and it’s awesome the first two or three times but WILL NOT hold after that. Sad because the idea is awesome.
