After seeing all the cute hairdos on the numerous Pony-O videos, I was really excited to get mine. I was pleasantly surprised that the order got to me in a few days; that was a bonus. The happiness stopped there, unfortunately, the device does not grab my hair at all. I have thick, long hair, so I ordered the large one and it came with a regular size one as well. Neither one work. I also bought the cute pins, and they are very cute indeed, but just like the Pony-O, they don't grab, so if you bounce just lightly (I mean just walking) they slip out. I almost lost mine.

I have really thick hair and I was so impressed with my pony o! My hair stays in place and feels so much more secure than a hairband/bobble! It doesn't cause any damage to my hair and my hair looks fab! The customer service is absolutely fantastic too! Can't wait to order more! Thanks Pony O!

I would not recommend this product if you have long or thick hair. It will not stay up and falls down easily. It doesn’t give you a perky pony tail as advertised. I got the copper color to match my hair and it is a gross poop brown color. I was so excited waiting for this product only to find a disappointment and a waste of my money

I have absolutely fallen in love with Pony O Hair Accessories! I have 3 Pony-O’s and 1 of their Bun Barz and they have completely changed my up-do hair game!! They are also quite comfortable and they don’t give me a headache/hurt my hair after hours like a typical ponytail tie does. Highly recommend!

I have fine, thin, limp, lifeless hair and most hair ties, etc don't work very well or break my hair. I have to say Pony-o is the best product I have ever tried. Bun barz are awesome too. If Pony-o can make my hair look good, it truly will work for anyone!

Love my Pony O's! A little tricky to get just right sometimes, but just like any good hair do, totally worth the effort! My pony tails are so dang cute now and hold in place so well. I am a fitness instructor and never have I ever had such cute hair stay in place throughout my classes! After about 5 months of constitant use the metal in my pony o's broke. I emailed customer service and they sent me brand new ones for only $4.95 shipping. The emails were so sweet and I just felt really good about the whole experience. Thank you Pony o for helping me step up my pony tail game and for taking care of me even after 5 months! Love love love!

I was a little skeptical at first but now that I've gotten used to using the pony o I absolutely love it and need to get more. It holds my hair all day with no flyaways nothing slipping out and no flattening on top. It stays up high and looks great all day long!

Absolutely rubbish! Totally disappointed! I have been waiting for over a month, finally arrived last week which everything was thrown into an envelope, look cheap and everything is made in China, this is the bigger disappointment for me. The worst thing is it doesn't hold the hair at all, no matter tied it in one, by section, high, low, any position, it DOESN'T HOLD THE HAIR AT ALL, even worst than the hair tie I usually use. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND IT IS APPARENTLY A SCAM!!

I bought 4 of the pony-o classic and I absolutely adore them! I have a flat head and super straight flat hair, when I use a regular hair tie, it looks like i m going bald when I have my hair up in a pony tail! Pony-O is exactly what i have been missing out my whole life, it gives me extra volume and length, its super easy to use and holds on to my hair very well! Highly recommended it if anyone struggles with volumised look when you are in day-100 without a hair wash 😹

I would give it a zero if I could. Have been waiting for over a month. Now my order seems to have arrived in Australia when I live in Europe ... they take your money dont send the product and delete all of the bad comments on their Facebook page ... if you don't believe me go check it out. There is not one bad comment on their page. They delete everything within seconds! Stay away this is worse than any back ally shop on alibaba

Useless, holds my hair well only If I wear a hair tie under that, which is kind of counterproductive.

I saw the ad so many times on Facebook and Instagram that I had to buy them! I was not disappointed with the product: it holds my hair perfectly, without tearing them and the pony stays on for hours and looks amazing.
I had to but the large size because my hair are very long and quite thick.
Just 4 stars because they are a bit expensive imo, especially because of the shipping... The shipment took about 3 weeks, which is ok considering that I live in Italy.
In the end, I would totally buy them again.

I came across Pony O on Facebook. It was an advertisement. I received mine today and it is very good, different and does not creases the hair. The customer service is very kind, professional and friendly. I will definitely order again.

Pony-O’s are where it’s at!
I have super long and thick hair and the Pony-O holds steady and tight!
A person can accomplish a diverse range of looks and there is absolutely no pulling.
The transaction was effortless and delivery quick.

Rubbish!
Like an idiot I bought 4 so I got one free. I bought the ones for thick hair. Not as easy to do as suggests and when you do get it fixed it still slides down like a bobble would. Absolutely rubbish when I’m running or at the gym, falls out do easily!
Massive disappointment!

I absolutely love Pony-O!! Why? Well here’s my story. About two years ago I decided to cut my off like Victoria Beckham’s super short do. Super cute on her right? Not so much on me. Thus began my journey of growing it out. Faithfully for 2 years. Now I have this super long hair. That I could do nothing with!! Argh!! Messy buns were a mess. And a simple long pony drooped and layed flat against my head. I grew my hair out for this?? Then one day I noticed these pony-o ads and I thought, that actually looks pretty cool. So I ordered a few and was hooked!! My messy buns are the envy of everyone!! And my pony’s are so bouncy and voluminous!! I’m totally in love!! I think I have every color and all the bun pinz. I wear them everyday!! They never pull, tug or hurt! And I give them as gifts!! I will never go back to old pony tail ties!! I adore my Pony-O!!

Not only does this expensive piece of crap NOT work any better than a cheap hair tie, the vendor is rude, overcharges for shipping and the product isn’t even packaged. I received mine which was thrown into an envelope with nothing else. They paid about a buck for postage but charged me nearly $7. The pony-o itself is ridiculous, difficult to use, and does not hold as advertised. You have to use a regular hair tie first in order to get the pony-o around your hair, so what’s the point? Dumb idea. Overpriced scam. I emailed them about it and they did not address my complaint. Their reply was basically (paraphrased) “thanks for the feedback”. Unprofessional.

I was worried with the reviews here and so I held off buying for a while but finally gave in. I have thick, mildly course Asian hair. I bought the Pony O, Pony O XL, Pony O 2.0 and the Bun bar with their buy 3 free 1 deal. Took about 3 weeks to arrive to Australia.

I actually like them. Since I've watched so many videos via the ads, it was easy to get the hang of it. I must say that the fall of my hair in the high pony style isn't quite the same as the models especially in the half up style, doesn't hold that high and pretty but, they secure well, stay in place and I could go about the day without needing to readjust. I have not done any exercise with them yet. I do have hair that holds a style well and don't have many flyaways.

The pony o's feel well constructed but you can feel there are changes made when you bend them so will be interested to see how long they will last.
