The pouch arrived in time, securely packed in a box
Have been using the pouch ever since and have enjoyed using the different compartments

Fast, efficient service. Pooch bag was exactly what I needed for walking my two dogs, plenty of pockets for just about everything that’s needed. Very good quality fabric with handy adjustable waist strap.

Great dog collar and lovely colours.
Looks sturdy and like will last a good while.
Only criticism is it’s just a couple of mm too thick/wide for my spaniel and sticks out a bit.
Easy ordering and good delivery.

Pooch has lots of good quality products on its website - for people as well as their dogs. Ordering is straightforward, and delivery is quick. Also Customers Services made it easy for me to return a dog coat that was the wrong size, and buy a larger one

The fabric is stiffer than I anticioated but then it is robust and waterproof so far.

I would like to say I experienced a 10/10 service at the veterinary clinic. All staff, Sarah, Jade, Ben and the veterinarian on Wed 27th August deserve a medal. The care and reassurance they gave myself and my dog was exceptional. I highly recommend this place and guarantee your pet is in the best loving care.
