I ordered an extra set of pool filters and realized One Year later they were the wrong filters. Anna, with customer service could not have been more helpful. She arranged for the original filters to be shipped back and I recieved the correct filters shortly thereafter. Wonderful experience

The filter was as described and arrived on time.

Poolpure filters are great!!! Helps keep my spa clean. They are easy to install too.

I would give this product a 0 if I could as to date it will not charge so I am unable to use it and the company is giving us the run around in either getting a refund or a new skimmer. So I am not a very happy consumer at this time! BUYER BE WEAR! Is crappy company.

Edit to this review. The company sent us a new skimmer and GUESS WHAT THIS ONE IS ALSO NOT CHARGING!! So at this point I am DONE with this company sending us a product that does not work. We sent another email and requested for a full refund and to send the two not working ones back to them at THEIR EXPENSE!

We got a response from the company and they issued a full refund for this product today. But in my opinion I still would not buy a chargable skimmer from them as this has been a hassle and bad experience over all.

I ordered the wrong size filters from purepool directly. I tried to contacte the service email 3 times asking to return them with no reply.
And there is no phone number published for support.

I was contacted by customer service after posting this review and a full refund was given. Thank you.

I needed to return an item and Anna was an excellent help. She kept me up to date on how things were going. Even though I had taken awhile to return the item, she cheerfully helped me and to my great satisfaction I was able to return it.

Arrived very quickly and worked immediately as expected. 👍

Good service fast delivery and great product

I thought I was buying from poolpure but it appears fulfillment was filter care. I accidentally ordered the wrong filter and now ups wants more to send it back than the cost of the filter. Now I am stuck with a filter that I can’t use. Never again will I purchase from you again!

I purchased a POOLPURE PLFPXST150 filter for my pool… after about 3 months it started to deteriorate… I contacted customer service and Anna was very quick to respond… and she stated she was sending me a free replacement … it has a 1yr manufacture warranty ! Thanks you Anna for all your help! :)

Skimmer arrived and worked great,but after a few times it stopped operating properly,was not going forward.After contacting customer support Anna,she forwarded a short video and my concerns to their tech support.The end result was a full refund.
