Ordered a single pool replacement part. The wrong part was sent to me in a bubble wrap envelope taped tightly. To remove the part I had to cut the envelope unbeknownst to me the part was an inch too big and didn’t fit. I called poolwarehouse and the 1st person I spoke with asked me to send photos of the part and packaging. I explained it was a small single part that was bubble wrapped and I had to destroy the package to remove it so I tossed the shredded envelope.
They danced with me for almost a month asking repeatedly to send a photo of the bubble wrap envelope. Switched me over to another processor and had me resend photos I already sent the week before saying the last person no longer worked there. Took almost a month for refund.

I had a pump motor go out after having it for 4 days called and spoke to Renee B she sent me the email I needed to fill out as soon as I got off the call with her sent it over with all the information needed after 3 days I called her back and it was approved. It was so nice doing business with her. She is the best!

What made our experience great with Pool Warehouse is the overall quality of customer service, and final delivery of product. My husband and I received our exquisite 21′ Round 52″ Deep Coastal Above Ground Pool Kit within 1 week of placing the order. It arrived in perfect condition.

More recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with Renee from Pool Warehouse regarding proper installation of our pool liner. There appeared to be an excessive amount of liner against the bottom parameter of the wall. We weren’t sure how much liner we could pull over the wall. I initially thought 2 to 3 inches while my husband thought 6-8” would be OK. We had a professional land excavator come in and remove top layer of sod, level out the ground, leaving 3 feet extra around the pool area. My husband brought in 5 tons of sand and dumped it in the center. After following PW’s instructional videos, the amount of liner to pull over the wall was our only concern.

Renee was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire conversation. Not only did she address our concerns about the overlap of the liner, but she truly went above and beyond by providing us with a few extra tips on filling the pool, along with further instructions and pictures. Before ending the call, she allowed us to send additional pictures for clearer instructions to ensure we fully understood the process. It's rare to find such excellent customer service, and we are truly grateful for Renee's guidance and expertise. I highly recommend Pool Warehouse and would encourage anyone needing assistance with their pool to ask for Renee - she's truly a gem!

I had a spa pump motor purchased through Pool Warehouse quit working while under warranty. I reached out to Pool Warehouse customer service and spoke to Nikki and Jacinia. The claim was filed and a new pump motor was quickly sent. I was updated throughout the process from Nikki and Jacinia. Pool Warehouse and their Customer Service department is a fantastic, and I would highly recommend them.

We purchased two Tenjam Shayz loungers. One had a defect on the filling port. Contacted Pool Warehouse and spoke with Jacinia. She made all contacts with the manufacturer and kept us informed throughout the process! I want to thank Jacinia, Pool Warehouse and Tenjam for the quick and fabulous resolution!

Dealing expeditiously with a manufacturer's error

This was my first time using them and Jacob helped me every step of the way with everything i needed to make my purchase. Very friendly.

I had some items to return from my new liner kit and Jacinia was a great help!! She went over and above to find me a part that I needed that had the wrong part number in their system. She was relentless in finding what I needed and got it to me quickly. She is awesome!! Thank you Jacinia!

I had ruined a part between when I received my pool and when I ot it installed. Renee was very helpful in finding the part and getting it to me.

Only order from this company if you’re a professional or have installed pools before. Ordering was easy enough. They call you right back when you are ordering and spending money with them. The problems happen AFTER you receive your order. When installing the liner, it was obviously too small. After calling pool warehouse for answers 3 times and 8 emails I’m still waiting. The First Lady said that we should have let it hang for a day and stretch it. None of this was in the instructions that we went by EXACTLY. So we let it hang and stretched it as she suggested. Now the liner is ripped in the seam and the sides of the liner still lack 4” all the way around of touching the walls. The shop vac would never suck it up to the walls because it was so tight. Now I have an $800 useless liner and of course I can’t get a call back or even an email. This is the worst company I have dealt with. So just know….if you have any problems whatsoever, you can’t depend on them to assist. I really can’t say enough bad things except it was sure easy to order!!!

Great customer service. My order was duplicated so when I called, JACINIA, helped to cancel the second order and I promptly received the refund on my credit card.

The return process was the worst. Never used the items and spent $60 on them. They at their discretion can wave the 20% restocking fee. They did not so got $19 back plus I paid shipping back. Will never ever buy from again. Would give zero stars if possible!!

Even though the part I ordered took longer than expected to arrive, I had a great experience with Pool Warehouse thanks to Brianna. She was extremely helpful, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. It made all the difference knowing someone was actively working to keep me updated.
