Jacinia has helped care for an issue with a product not to the fault of Pool Warehouse. Appreciate her very much.

The customer service is quick to give you an answer when you send them an email. So far no complains. However, my pool hasn't arrived as I type this but am expecting it tomorrow.

Sales rep was great — professional and nice. But he sold me the wrong product.

When I called to fix it, customer service was a disaster. Rude, obnoxious, and the woman I spoke to (apparently the manager) was downright horrible.

Unacceptable attitude. This kind of behavior will cost you customers. You seriously need to look into who you have handling your clients.

Renee B was fantastic. She was prompt to respond and was very helpful.

At first the customer service was great. THEN came the delay in shipping. Advertises as ships in 1-2 business days. WRONG. Then came a leak in the liner. Had to lose my installer, pay for a new liner AND another installer to come. Customer support was lacking. Was even told "I have 38 emails in front of you and will have to work overtime to catch up"! AS WATER IS LEAKING UNDER MY DECK AND HOUSE!! 5 days later and no resolution other than I need to order another liner, pay the installer to uninstall the bad liner and reinstall a new one. Of course I am being shown all the fine print of things they do not pay for in case this happens. OK my bad for thinking they would actually help in this situation. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with POOL WAREHOUSE. Not to mention the pool is subpar. I wanted a pool similar to the one I'd had for 20 years. This is very cheaply made even though I called to make sure it was good quality. Didn't even get a cheap one that they offer because I need it to last a few years.

Amrit was great to work with and made the whole process around my damaged pool wall panels feel easy and stress-free. Really appreciate the responsiveness and support throughout

Renee was very responsive to an issue I thought I had but turned out that all was good. She kept checking back with me to make sure all was good.

The service Customer Service Representative Jacinia Candelaria provided to resolve my issue was excellent. She kept me in the loop all the way along and responded quickly. I definitely will be purchasing future pool products from Pool Warehouse because of our interaction.

i called and got Jason. He was fantastic to work with.He took the time to make sure I got the correct part that i needed. Every company needs a Jason!!!!!!

Dustin and Britney - huge help always! Poor Britney - I email her A LOT and she always helps me and does monthly check ins! Everyone there has been extremely helpful!
Great company and great products - honest people !!

Had an issue with our pool pump failing under warranty. PW sent out a replacement within a few days. Good customer service. Renee B was very helpful and kept us in the loop during the entire process.

Dustin was very helpful in looking for the right pool. Renee in customer service was awesome in helping resolve a problem. This is a terrific company to order from! If you have any problems they are on it immediately and stay on it until it is corrected. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

Everything went well when making purchase. Then came delivery time. Called to make sure if I ordered on Feb 19th, it would be here before March 4th as I had a business trip. Receive an email that it will ship on March 3rd and I will not be here for delivery. So much for ships in 2 to 3 days. Emailed custom service and was connected with Renee B. With a little tack on her end, she was able to change delivery to the day I returned home and 3 days later, pool was received. Do to the fact that Pool Warehouse tells you how the package is wrapped it was easy to see that it had been opened and rewrapped. After inspection found 1 piece missing. Sent pictures of all packing and missing part number to Renee B. Two days later missing part was delivered. If not for Renee, I would have canceled order and looked elsewhere. What is missing in today's marketplace is a company that has true customer service. Pool Warehouse you have a keeper.

Extremely upset with my purchase. I build soaking tubs for a living and have purchased 30 waterway iron might pumps in the past. This was my first from poolwarehouse. When the pump arrived it was in a shipping box with the waterway box within that box. I noticed that one long side of the waterway box was opened so I lifted it out with the other side down. Turned out that side was opened as well and the pump fell out on my dinning room floor damaging my wood laminate. Definitely makes for an annoying experience. Also I found out a few days later that the pump was missing the rubber gasket that sits over the electrical connections. To make it more water resistant. By this point I needed to install the pump the next day for a client, so I was stuck with it.

I've not once had either of these issues happen and since both happened as once it makes me assume that I ordered a used or definitely "open box" item that was advertised as new.
When I reached out to poolwarehouse the first response was sympathetic and that's all really I was looking for. Being heard so it doesn't happen again. I never asked for any reimbursement or anything. I then received another email from jacinda (apparently she's the head of customer service) and definitely felt the opposite to that first email. It was cold and calculated. She stated that she reached out to the manufacturer and they said that the internal box was closed and that's that. Whatever. I'm annoyed and moving on. Not buying from a company then sells "open box" or "used" items as new. I have a business to run.

I've been ordering from Pool Warehouse a couple of years now. These guys go above and beyond to help every single time. Pricing, product availability and customer service is the best in the business. Today Dustin H. helped me with getting the right size salt cell system for my pool and also helping me with determining how much salt I needed to open my pool. Always a happy customer with these guys!
