An unprofessional and unreliable business, I definitely do not recommend it. Jacop stated that since my address is a home address, they would not be able to deliver :)

I am so glad I found this company! The personalized experience is unlike any other in the industry. After I placed my first order, I received a telephone call just to thank me for my order and for being a customer. Who does that these days?! It lead to my next order. I could have purcahsed the same part on Amazon.com, but I chose to buy from Pool Warehouse instead. Thank you!

Got here when promised

After we initially received the incorrect item due to an error from a third party, Katelyn W promptly contacted the vendor and had the correct item promptly shipped out and our pool pump is back to work. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Pool Warehouse enough! Their customer support is top-notch. I accidentally ordered the wrong (and pricey) part, but all it took was a quick email to their support team. Jacinia was incredible - she processed the refund right away, and the charge was reversed on my credit card within just a few days. Super smooth and stress-free experience. Dustin H was very helpful in reformatting a product online so that ultimately I could order it.

I ordered a new motor for my pool cleaner and they sent an item marked as replacement
It didn’t work
When I returned it they hit me with a 20% restocking fee for a part marked as replacement that didn’t work.
Avoid at all cost.
Try Amazon 1st so you have easy returns, nothing but form this company.
Find any other suppliers that offer new parts and free returns.
Don’t believe their response to this review, they are not to be trusted.

Jacinia went above and beyond to get a defective pool s JACINIA lide replaced under warranty by the manufactured. Initially the manufacturer would not replace the slide saying that it was installation negligence that caused the problem which it was not. Through her persistence they finally agreed to replace the item. Thanks so much !

Order took to long to receive

The lid for my Hayward filter worked perfectly. Buying that from you saved me a lot of money as opposed to purchasing a totally new filter and paying for installation. So you saved me over $600!
