Great experience with Jaimine! Incredibly knowledgable and brilliant customer experience

Poor experience.
Very bad customer service.
Contacted them on Friday 3 rd of April, enquired about a vehicle that they had for sale . Sent them pictures the next day as requested of my car for a part exchange never heard anything back from them . Three days later I contacted them and asked if they had received the pictures of my car and asked if they could get back to me with a price and finance terms, spoke to the sales representative that I had originally contacted on the Friday .
Said that he was going into a meeting and that he would get back to me . An hour later I get a text saying that the vehicle was sold.
Shocking customer service.

Simon and the team have provided a strong and friendly personable service during the process of taking delivery of our car. Delivery timelines were adjusted and Simon spent much time explaining the reasoning for this. Honest, approachable and a credit to the Porsche family.

Popped in to Porsche Newcastle hoping they would help sort out remote access issues a little beyond me. They couldn't have been more helpful, Fraser was helpful and more than patient, there was no need for an appointment, he was happy to sit with me and go through things to get me started and the app connected. Although a small issue Fraser gave it his full attention. All sorted and resolved now. I will be able to happily warm my car on these cold winter mornings!

Freya is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She was able to explain various things which have enhanced our driving experience making our new purchase even more enjoyable.

Knew her product and was patient and clear with instructions. Was waiting at the reception desk when I arrived so no wasted time.

I had a Masterclass to help with setting up a new 992.2 I bought from Porsche Newcastle. The tutor was very knowledgeable and confident, answering all my questions quickly and showing me how to set it up with the features I wanted. I came away with a much better understanding of the various computer-based driving systems and I know that I can always ask more questions as I explore the car in more depth. I'd recommend leaving the Masterclass for 3 or 4 weeks after taking delivery so that you have a list of questions to ask and don't be afraid to take an old-fashioned pen-and-paper list to work from!

Freya was really helpful in answering my questions, suggesting other features I had not yet discovered and following up with further information after the masterclass call.

Invited by JCT600 to inn at the lake for a test drive of a cayenne turbo. Louis was extremely kind and helpful and showed us everything we wanted to see!

Louis, was a real ambassador for Porsche Newcastle. Approachable, Knowledgeable and extremely personable. He is clearly passionate about the brand and this overspilled to ourselves; hence the purchase.

We had previously viewed a model at another dealer, but Porsche Newcastle and Louis were head and shoulders above the rest. This was our first Porsche purchase and suspect it won’t be the last! It was by far the best experience we have ever had buying a car - but this was no ordinary car, it’s an experience and well worth waiting for.

We purchased an older model, but the care, service and attention to detail we received, was as if we were buying a brand new and the most expensive car on the lot. This shows the integrity of the brand and its high standards - Louis reflected those admirably. Our dealings with Louis and the team were faultless. Not only did they get to know what you were really after, but clearly knew the cars and their previous owners, which speaks volumes. At no point was there any sales pitch, genuine staff, who were knowledgeable, and focused on relationship building to spread the passion for the brand. The follow up and support is clear. If you have ever wondered about a Porsche, or not then maybe you should - contact Louis, he will find out what you’re after if he can’t find you the perfect car and experience, I don’t know who will! Every step with purchasing a car at Porsche Newcastle has been handled with professionalism and customer satisfaction. They leave no stone unturned. In this case, the aftercare masterclass of Freya was spot on. Any questions I still had were answered, leaving you confident in your driving experience.

Terrible service from these guys . Took my deposit of £3,000 and the salesman said it would be returned within 3 days , it took over 7 days in the end . They Conduct business over wats app which is very strange and do not reply to emails . They may reply to this with a host of excuses etc… I have the whole wats app trial . I have never conducted business over a wats app conversation . Avoid these guys , very unprofessional.

Freya explained everything we needed to know and gave us her contact details for future reference, lovely young lady who didn't mind repeating things to us for clarity (and we asked so so many questions!!). Would highly recommend her as a brilliant member of the Porsche Newcastle team.

I was lucky enough to be invited to the Porsche Newcastle branch golf qualification event at Matfen Hall. We were very well looked after by all the staff throughout the day and we had a fantastic game of golf with good company Even the weather was gorgeous. Thank you for a great day.

Great hospitality, made to feel very welcome with no sales or time pressure. Very good discussions and information across the board and in detail of the GTS.
Great relaxed atmosphere and very good overall impression of a business centre ran well!
