RUN! I'd give zero stars if I could. This company sent me an open boxed, defective unit and then replaced it with a unit that had burnt flower and oil in it. Neither had the warranty sticker required by Dr. Dabber for warranty support.

The company blamed their distributor and has done nothing but give me the run around. I recently filed a credit card dispute because this isn't acceptable. and these fine people had the nerve to tell my bank that I am the scammer.

Newsflash - I've never had to file a dispute before in my life. Blaming your customers is a total cop out and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I never worked with this company and was leery about trusting online with all the times I have been ripped off. I called and Phil was quick to get back to me. He assured me that I wouldn't have anything to rip me off. I took a chance and with quick free shipping (arrived 3 days early) I got an unbelievable price on a Pax 3 (which is tough to find). After discount at $159 (unheard of), I got one that fully charged and linked with my phone. I am happy and would trust this company in the future.

I ordered a puffco peak pro and USPS delivered to the wrong address and wasn't much help. I reached out to PortableHookahs.com via email and they provided excellent customer service to ensure the package was replaced with their 3rd part insurance provider. I placed an order on their website, but what I bought was unfortunately out of stock. From that point on, however, I received some of the best customer service ever. They were very quick to reply through email, and worked really hard to get me a replacement for what I initially ordered. So what started as a rocky start ended with fantastic customer service and a product I really love. Awesome company! I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again for sure.
