Sub par purchase experience

After I placed my order I received an email that the color I ordered was out of stock. I sent my alternate choice. After never getting a tracking number I emailed and was informed they did not send me tracking information but package was on its way. I did receive it in a timely fashion however When my order arrived it was not either color I chose. Multiple emails to support were not returned. I would not do business with this company again.

Great company

I've ordered a bunch from them and they have the best prices, the quickest shipping, and the best customer service of any of the vape companies I've dealt with. They are a top notch vendor with prices that slaughter almost everyone else. Even on brand new releases. I will always use them for anything I want that they carry. They've earned a loyal customer.

Slowest shipping ever

Slowest shipping ever. Worst online shopping experience of my life.

Placed order 8/28 (no warning of international shipping or delays).

2 weeks later and the shipment still stuck somewhere in Canada , but not yet in the USA.

Not recommended at all.

From their website “We ship from our warehouse in New Jersey or North Carolina using FedEx and USPS”.

For my order this was not true.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations.

This order was for a Canadian brand vaporizer, so it shipped from our Canadian warehouse. While we have never had customs delays for this item before, this shipment was unfortunately held longer than usual at the border. The good news is that it has now cleared customs and is in the USA, so it should be arriving shortly.

quality cannabis sesh gear; can pay with PayPal credit

Quick delivery with high end session gear that rips very well. I ordered the Venty back in August 2024 then a couple small bongs and some accessories shortly after. The Venty is totally awesome albeit at first I thought it was purely a gimmick. Regardless that would not be this retailer's fault which I have had great experiences with. I just cannot buy Hemp tbfh. Just as thca bud is too premature to really ignite how it should, it also tends to vape very poorly. Unless you have an Arizer or another chunky vape that can power through anything. Otherwise make sure you put Marijuana in the Venty. Only complaint bout it now is that I wish it would have a bigger bowl. That being said, I get the perfect (expected) amount of vapor now when I vape a bowl. This is especially true when I squish some bubble hash on top of a medium layer of bud with a thinner layer on top of the bubble hash. That way it milks. Same concept in a pipe.

This company is the absolute worst

This company is the absolute worst. I received a damaged item and now they won’t send me a replacement. They have no phone number listed on their website. Nobody seems to ever respond in their chat. They have led me on for multiple weeks stating they have shipped my item, which is an outright lie. Please find a reputable company to do business with because this isn’t it.

They ghosted me after Fed Ex forged my signature and took my package. Have video proof of the whole incident and vaporizeusa wouldn't refund me.
