Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your dress. The strong cigarette smell and the button falling off are not acceptable and do not reflect our standards. We understand that the high split in the dress was unexpected, which led to your decision to return it.

Regarding your refund, we will process it once we receive and inspect the condition of the returned item. Please keep in mind that it may take up to thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to complete the return process. Thank you for your understanding.

Please know that our order preparation may take 2-4 business days unless it falls on a weekend or a holiday, and we will have to move processing and its shipment to the following business day. Once your order is ready to be shipped, an automated email will be sent to you including its tracking information. If it didn't reach your email inbox, I recommend checking to ensure our messages aren't inadvertently filtering to the junk/spam/promotions folder.
