The painting turned out great
The painting turned out great. It involved making a few edits and several options were provided very quickly. The process was easy and quick. The only issue that occurred was that the frame was damaged slightly, but noticeably, during shipping. This took a little time to resolve as it required involving the shipping company. In the end, the cost of the frame was refunded. This unfortunately means that I'll have to go to a local frame shop to have a frame made, but that wasn't PortraitFlip's fault. The frame and painting were well-packaged. Sometimes these things just happen during shipping. Fortunately the painting was not damaged.
