What went wrong was the 3 level stairs…
What went wrong was the 3 level stairs that were too narrow and swirled that it was hard enough to walk up, much less get suitcases to the upper bedrooms.2 bedrooms on 3red floor with 1 small bathroom where the water was a trickle from the shower. No receptacle other than on the underground floor where you had to sit on the step to use a hairdryer- Do you still want more. We payed for the 2 weeks and the wouldn’t give ANY of our money back- Just plain wrong!

We regret that the layout of the property was not convenient for you and that the description did not meet your expectations.
That said, we would also like to clarify that we made every possible effort to assist you once your concerns were raised. We offered you a choice of three alternative properties in your preferred area at a very special rates, in an attempt to find a suitable solution.
Unfortunately, as the original reservation was made through a third-party portal, our ability to offer further flexibility, particularly regarding refunds, was limited. Had the booking been made directly with us, we would have had more options available.
We truly value our guests and sincerely strive to provide the best possible experience for everyone.

Ik kreeg een snelle reactie op zowel mijn verzoek op informatie als op mijn boekingsverzoek. In eerste instantie was de reactie in het Frans omdat ik op de Franse website had gereageerd. Na hierover een vraag te hebben gesteld werd dit heel snel gecoorigeerd en werd de informatie in het Engels gedeeld.

Vi var 8 voksne og 5 børn i Nicola, Toscana i uge 42
Fint hus med god beliggenhed - MEN
Der burde være korrekt kørselsvejledning, da Google Maps fører os til et delvist nedrevet hus. Men hvis man kører lidt længere, kommer man til 46C - men huset ligner ikke det, man har lejet.
Ingen af de 3 toiletter i stueetagen kunne ikke skylle ud, og det ene var delvist adskilt.
Der var ingen mulighed for at hænge håndklæder til tørre - så de endte med at ligge på gulvet.
Alt for få håndklæder til 13 personer i et poolhus, når der ikke er en tørretumbler.
Ved ankomst bliver man bedt om at sortere affald i 4 små spande. Men beholdere til at tømme spandene ligger 250 m væk og var fulde på dag 2.
Poolen var fuld af alger, og bunden kunne næsten ikke ses på dag 4.
Poolen burde gøres klar, så den er brugbar, når gæsterne ankommer. Og i øvrigt falder vandstanden, og vandet bliver derfor ikke renset.
Det ville være godt, men en slags børnesikring på døren til poolen.
Køleskab/fryser kunne ikke køle ordentligt ned - sandsynligvis fordi skufferne i fryseren ikke passede, og fryserdøren derfor stod på klem. Efter vi fjernede skufferne, virkede det.
Meget dårligt køkkenudstyr. Kun 3 større køkkenknive (ikke skarpe), men 4 øser og 3 hulskeer!
Bestikkurven i opvaskemaskinen har huller i bunden, så bestikket falder ned og blokerer maskinen.
Der burde være en mappe til gæsterne med information om området, herunder steder at besøge, restauranter, shopping osv. og information med kontaktoplysninger, hvis man har brug for hjælp, og kontaktnumre til udlejer, nødtjenester, læge osv.
Ingen fjernsyn i huset, og alle vinduer skal pudses, nok for første gang i dette årti.
Prisen for opvarmning er meget uklar. Er det pr. time, pr. person, pr. dag eller hele opholdet?

Vi er kede af at du ikke var tilfreds med opholdet. Vi har som mål at tilbyde kvalitetssikrede ferieboliger af høj standard til vores kunder og tager sådan feedback meget alvorligt. Vi har haft dette hus i vores portefølje siden 2021 uden at have modtaget negative tilbagemeldinger. Vi har derfor brugt lidt tid på at indhente information fra husejeren for at få en bedre forståelse af hvad der er sket. Her er nogle forklaringer fra husejeren og os:
Vedrørende vejbeskrivelsen: Vi har som nævnt haft huset i vores katalog siden 2021 uden at nogen af vores tidligere kunder har haft problemer med at finde frem. På trods af dette vil husejeren sætte et ekstra skilt op ved indkørslen til huset.
Poolen var fuldt funktionsdygtig, og I brugte den fra første dag. Vandstanden falder en smule, når man renser filtrene, men fyldes hurtigt op igen uden problemer.
Køleskabet: En hylde havde forskubbet sig og ramte døren – det var nok at flytte den 2 cm, så lukkede køleskabet som normalt.
Skraldespandene er placeret et stykke fra huset med vilje, da vi tidligere har fået klager over lugt i haven, når det var varmt, og fordi skraldebilerne kom hver morgen (nogle gange kl. 5) for at tømme spandene lige foran huset, hvilket var generende. Spandene tømmes af Alia, og nogle gange kan de blive fyldt op inden tømning, men det er ikke et problem at stille posen ved siden af spanden. Affaldssortering er bestemt af de lokale myndigheder.
Opvaskemaskinen: Der var nogle defekter på bestikskuffen. Nye dele er bestilt.
Køkkenudstyret er blevet gennemgået, og nogle ting er udskiftet. Dette er den første klage over køkkenudstyr nogensinde.
Kontaktoplysninger til husejeren findes i din voucher. Der findes også kontaktoplysninger til vores kontor i Toscana. Hvad angår information om området, plejer de fleste jo at søge information selv på nettet nu om dage, men at lave en informationsmappe er naturligvis noget, vi kan ordne.
Prisen for opvarmning er pr. forbrugt m³ gas. Prisen er angivet i voucheren og på hjemmesiden. Vi tager selvkritik for at det ikke er blevet præciseret at der er tale om gas.

Vi beklager at du ikke kunne finde huset.
Som du kan se i kørselsvejledningen du modtog i din voucher, er husets adresse tydeligt angivet, men du bedes om ikke at bruge denne, men i stedet de angivne GPS-koordinater eller linket til Google Maps hvor huset er markeret.
Vi kan derfor ikke se, at vi har utilstrækkelige oplysninger i rutevejledningen. Du finder også navn og telefonnummer på nøgleindehaveren i samme voucher. Ankomst skal aftales med hende på forhånd.

Very loving and very welcoming lady of the house. Swimming pools are cleaned daily. I would go again, I was very satisfied.

Beach Villa Joanna in Corfu…
Stayed in Beach Villa Joanna in Corfu and it’s clearly not up to standard for what you pay.
Poor quality sunbeds that were ripped and old. No hot water for days, no welcome pack or decent communication regarding the facilities in the villa or the local area.
Fridge freezer is out of date and old the seal has gone round the door so food had to be thrown away.
Ant infestation inside the wardrobes, bathrooms and bedrooms. No where to store your clothes in the 3rd bedroom which was the size of a shoe box.
They claimed that the hot water problem was from us exceeding the number of guests but the problem started from the first day and lasted 3 days, we only had 2 guests the first night and one extra guest on night 3 only!!

Schöne Anlage um entspannten Urlaub zu machen
It´s a great place to make relaxing holydays in a quiet environment. The apartment was very nice and good equipped. The pool area is also convenient. The host Federico is a helpful guy.
It´s a good "base camp" to discover the highlights of tuskany and for cycling as well.

A gorgeous villa in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. A fully equipped apartment with a stunning view. Very friendly owners who go out of their way to help. Close to Volterra. An hour's drive to cities such as Pisa, Siena, and Florence.
