Quick response from the rental agent. However, when I inquired about more information regarding the rental property it was difficult to get an answer.
I did follow through with the property I wished to rent. Hoping it’s as beautiful as it appears online.

Working with Linda has been my greatest experience of all the travel agents I have spoken/worked with over the years. Not only is she amazingly prompt with her responses to my many questions she goes beyond. My wife has a health issue and I could not get any info on available treatment in Palermo. I wrote this to Linda and she tracked down the medical clinic, spoke with the people and set me up with them, if I have a need while we are in Palermo. She is an amazing women and I am blessed tio have dealt with her. Do not lose this women, she ius an incredible asset to your company.

We wanted a 'pets-free' villa due to various allergies. Villa Vrisses is advertised by Posarelli Villas as such but is overrun with the owner's/manager's 4-5 cats! We stayed here from 1st-12th October 2024. The villa itself is reasonably nice, although it's near a sometimes busy road. And the level of equipment in the villa (crockery, pans, cutlery, kitchen tools, etc) was somewhat disappointing. Plus it was very difficult to read indoors or outdoors due to insufficient lighting - ditto problems with eating in virtual darkness outside after sunset. BUT THE CATS were the BIG PROBLEM. We reported this problem twice to our 'property manager' but the cats were not removed until about half
way through our holiday- and even then not completely. We were unable to leave the door open without cats going inside. Also, cats were constantly trying to jump onto our outside tables and chairs. And in the first couple of days of our stay we saw the cats playing with and chewing on two dead rats lying on our lawn quite close to our patio. The cats thus presented a possible health problem as well as allergy problems. To end on a positive note the villa had good mountain views and enjoyed the services of two friendly and efficient cleaning ladies who visited every 3 days to keep the place ship-shape.

Very quick and easy to book and any questions asked were responded to very quickly.

We had a little issue with the first villa we rented. Posarelli villas acted fast to relocate us into a beautiful bill that exceeded my expectations.

We recently stayed for two weeks at Villa Kallos in Crete at the end of August. It was a great villa with fantastic views, the photos don't do it justice - it is perfect!

We're 100% happy to recommend this villa and Posarelli Villas. The Owner and cleaning staff were very helpful and welcoming, we even received some traditional local cakes and a leaving gift, totally unexpected but enhanced our experience.

The villa itself is in a nice secluded location but is a short drive away from nightlife, beaches, local attractions etc.

Thanks for making our family holiday very special and one to remember.

Villa Nora, Empoli, Italy. First let me say that the photos show pretty much how the villa looks. What we experienced, (5 couples), and found when we arrived, was a dirty villa, used linens left outside the villa by the gate that was never picked up until the day before we left. A property manager that demanded her 1455 euros (1,000 euros and $350 cleaning fee and taxes of $109 which was not told to us) before they would leave. We were left with one set of towels each for 7 days and was told we had to pay for anymore @ 2.00 euros for each towel beyond the initial set. Who only uses 1 set of towels for a week? Guests found their rooms to be dirty and had to clean them before they used them so the villa was not cleaned as it should have been. We had to contact the property manager about the pool because it had green slime and no pump running to keep the pool clean. The air conditioner was not working in one of the rooms and when reported, the property manager sent someone to fix it and said that we would have to pay for the service visit. There were no working lights to the outside patio. We spent our money to go get battery operated lights in order to be able to use it. The kitchen has only 1 socket so you had to keep unplugging the toaster, microwave, and the water pot, and anything else you wanted to use in order to make breakfast. The villa needs a tremendous amount of maintenance, upgrading and upkeep before it should be rented. Oh, and the laundry room is a small washer, no dryer - just one drying rack for 10-12 people. Finally, to add insult to injury, property manager came 1/2 hour before we had to catch a train to give us back the deposit. Mind you, we left the villa in cleaner than when we met it and she finally, after deducting electricity usage, gave us back most of our deposit. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Situata in una posizione unica, offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul Lago di Massaciuccoli. Fare colazione sulla terrazza con l'impagabile vista e cenare ammirando il tramonto sul mare sono esperienze uniche. La posizione è ideale sia per esplorare l’entroterra toscano che la costa, potendo sperimentare sia il relax che l’avventura.
La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante. Le camere sono luminose e arredate con un gusto che combina lo stile rustico toscano con tocchi di modernità. Cristiana e la mamma Vanda sono ospiti impareggiabili e discrete. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza da sogno in Toscana.
