Easy to buy, Easy to Return

We were having trouble with orders not coming out on our kitchen printer. We were told the problem was either the line or the printer. We bought a new printer from POS guys: they had exactly what we needed and it shipped quickly. Once we got the new printer in, the problem kept happening, so we realized the problem was not the printer. We decided to return the new printer and put that money towards running a new line. The return process was super smooth, easy, and professional. These guys are great and the next time I need a printer I'm going to them.
