For the first time I experienced a shipping issue that damaged the device I ordered. I initiated the RMA, which was easy & quick. POSGuys took care of me and had a replacement device sent the next day.

Quick reliable service!!! They are my ‘go-to’ for all of our POS needs both equipment and supplies. I don’t even bother to price shop anymore. I find they are competitive and most importantly, they have know-how. That is worth more in my book.

You have to be really careful of their return policy. I didn't even open the box and got hit with a restocking fee as well as 3-4 week money return, etc. If you do not need technical support, I would recommend that you purchase somewhere else. As I expand my business, I will look elsewhere for a bit better customer service experience, ease of returns and product etc.

Easy to use website, product availability and reliable shipping.

Product descriptions are excellent, delivery was quick, and staff were very responsive to any questions I had.

After getting frustrated with Zebra's phone app, I scoured the internet searching for apps that would let me make simple zpls or simple labels and found a little app from POSGuys. I watched their youtube tutorial, installed the app, and it immediately found the zebra machine, and let me easily try out some templates- all within 5 minutes. I wanted one of their starting templates tweaked a little bit for my sample labels so I reached out and within a day they had a new template ready for me to try. This app is great for quick label jobs and not having to lug my laptop over to the Zebra all the time. A small downside is if I have many different samples, it's simpler to connect my laptop still. But now I have the right app for my quick labels which was my whole endeavor.

First and foremost, customer service is top-notch! They reached out to me to make sure this is what I needed before they processed my payment and shipped the trigger. Very well done POSGuys!
The USB cash drawer trigger for windows 10 is an excellent product! Completely 'Plug-N-Play'. I did have to modify my cash drawer (Aptus) wiring to get it to work, (I had to disconnect the center wire on the cut-off switch) but it was very simple and works flawlessly. I use a POS I created in MS Excel, the VBA code to trigger the cash drawer is easily found in an online search. I also have a .bat file to trigger the cash drawer from the desktop without having to open the POS workbook.

I will definitely buy another if this one should ever fail!
