Brad and Georgia at Positive Lending could not of been better, from the outset of getting in touch Brad was so helpful and guided us through each stage of the process, his honesty and knowledge was second to none, felt we could ask anything and the communication was great. Georgia was so helpful when submitting all of our paperwork and no question went unanswered, with her hard work we managed to complete quicker than planned and without a hitch! Would highly recommend both.

Positive Lending is an excellent and professional organisation. The team explained the requirements and supported each stage, staying in touch and offering helpful advice. They were easily contacted, responsive, competent, clear and courteous. In my case timing was important, they tracked this closely while providing specific support and met the deadline.

I can't thank the team enough at Positive Lending, regular updates and support throughout the process would 100% recommend these guys professional and always on hand to answer my many questions. an absolute pleasure to deal, would certainly use again.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Declan and Georgia were always upfront and proactive when communicating and even when Georgia was on annual leave for a week during my application, her colleague George stepped in and progress did not slip at all.

Was put in touch with Positive Lending through my broker. I'm trying to obtain a mortgage to pay off equity release on a house I inherited. The process has been ongoing since june, with the debt mounting at £300 monthly. After chasing broker for a meeting he suggested I get in touch with Nick Shepard directly for answers.

Nick has since been in contact to explain why he has been unable to respond to my emails. Nick cannot deal with me directly, my broker did not advise of this, leading to a great deal if frustration on my part.

quite a complex matter was dealt with diligently, efficiently and with a successful outcome by Alex in regards a bridging query. Communications were good and timely and my client was super happy with the service.

Alex is simply the best at specialist mortgage cases, whether that's Equity Release or Bridging he can just take over and make it all work. Always a pleasure to deal with, such a good option for whenever 'they don't quite fit'!

As you can imagine going to a packager as a broker you already have a tricky case. My client was purchasing a shared ownership property on a new build development which is pretty vanilla but she had a chequered credit history so our choice of lenders was literally down to 1 provider. I dealt with Celi in the office from day one and she has been amazing from start to finish. Her communication and knowledge of the lender that we had to approach was second to none. Also my client had a lot of vulnerabilities that both the packager, Celi and the lender took on board with great care and attention. Whilst on my annual leave, it was great to receive a mortgage offer today and to say you have made my clients year is an understatement! It was definitely a call that had to make regardless of holiday or not. I cannot thank you enough in your help with this case 😍

At a stressful time, dealing with Alex was like a breath of fresh air and he certainly lives up to the company name of 'Positive Lending' as that's what our experience was.

We were advised Alex would call Thursday and he did. We were immediately advised it all sounded straightforward and if we sent ID he would call first thing to do the application and he did.

We had our decision in principle within hours and the whole process was made to feel so straightforward. Everything was clearly explained; there was never any 'chasing up'; there were no hidden fees and the fee we did pay was worth it just to have someone so friendly, helpful, efficient and reassuring to speak to.
