Kieran, Gillian and Jade guided us through a painless process that was unbelievably quick and resulted in us becoming debt free, ( bar the mortgage) combining them into one lump sum and giving us control over our finances again. Their friendly approach made us trust that we were doing the right thing and made us aware of exactly what we were doing . We struggled for months, paying Peter to pay Paul and now we can start saving now that the stress of debt has been lifted from our shoulders .
Would I recommend this company.. hell yeah!

Good effective service

I came to Positive Lending via my Mortgage Broker at Alton Mortgages, with a complicated Second Charge Mortgage request. Richard, my broker, and Georgia at Positive Lending worked extremely hard to work around challenges in my personal circumstances to secure the loan to a really tight deadline I had. They went through all the application questions with me one by one over the phone so we could discuss any queries I had in real time so the application could be submitted immediately and followed up with good communication throughout.

It was our first time working with this company. They were recommended by our mortgage broker, and I must say they did a great job.

I cannot way was easy, due to an abundance of documents being required, but Suzanne and her team made it easier for us.

We worked with them during the December month, and while other companies will say we are no shut, and shall pick this up in the new year, here the situation was different. While Suzanne was on leave we had other colleagues picking our matter up which saved a great amount of time.

Thank you Kieran Jenner, who was the first point of contact for us. Efficient and to the point, appreciate the no time wasting, which is quite difficult to find at times.

If we were to need to use them in the future we will definitely reach out.

I cannot thank Georgia and Alysha enough and also Gillian- who continued to support us during the Christmas leave period.

The process and questions from the lender at times felt tedious but Georgia kept us informed at every step and was so clear in her communication about what was needed and when by.

Amazing service! I sent over a complex second charge enquiry to David on 29th October, Jake and the team where straight on it for me that same day. Fast forward to the first week back in January and the deal is all completed and paid out and I have a happy client. Referring the second charge enquires that I get makes sense and leaves me to deal with what I do best, Mortgages.

I cannot recommend James Alexander at Positive lending enough.
Every step though the process he kept me in the loop either by phone or email, nothing was any trouble.
There were a few stressful times during the conveyancing (dealing with Solicitors) and even though James has completed his part of the process, he was happy to get involved and speak to 3rd parties and put my mind as ease.

What a fabulous experience! Initially, I was guided very professionally by Richard Johnson who came across very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my circumstances. This then helped him advise me on the best product for my needs.
I was then passed over very seamlessly to Suzanne Brown, who again was very understanding and explained everything thoroughly to me. They were always prompt in answering my questions via email and readily available over the telephone. They are a credit to the company. Keep up the good work!

We dealt with Declan and then latterly Georgia, from Positive Lending, who both gave us very good advice and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

The customer contacted me (the broker) as she had been told by a number of advisers she couldn't get a mortgage! :(
