I was expecting a postnup to be a slow, painful process, but Hello Postnup made it remarkably simple. The online portal was easy to navigate, working with independent counsel was super clear, and doing the final notarization remotely saved us so much time. Having recently dealt with the headache of a home refinance, this was a night-and-day difference. Excellent experience overall.

Getting a postnup is a really big deal and honestly felt pretty scary at first, but our experience with Hello Postnup completely exceeded my expectations. Right from the start, we knew exactly what to expect.

The online form was super straightforward to fill out and guided us through all our financial disclosures step-by-step. It took an hour maximum. I was then assigned an amazing lawyer, Jessica, who made the entire process so easy (and honestly, kind of fun!). She answered every single question I had with so much patience, explained California law in simple, clear terms, and provided thoughtful guidance on some complex international scenarios. The last stage was getting everything notarized virtually, which was a breeze and only took about half an hour.

We actually refinanced our home recently, which had a lot of similarities with gathering financial docs and doing notarizations, and that process was 1,000x more painful. In comparison, Hello Postnup was such a breath of fresh air, especially being able to do every single step online from home instead of trailing into offices in person.

We are so happy with the end result. PostNup.com is exactly what I had been looking for!

My wife and I had been looking to set up a post nup agreement for a while, and had spoken to a number of lawyers about getting one set up. We did not realize that a tradition post nup typically involved each partner getting their own lawyer and then having them negotiate the agreement - this seemed like a much more adversarial process than we were hoping for, and we ended up putting it on hold for a while.

When we heard that HelloPrenup was expanding into Post Nups it seemed like exactly what we needed! They started by explaining the process and what was needed from us.

Each party does need their own representation, but PostNup quickly connected us each to a lawyer. We submitted the required information (e.g. finances and other details) after discussing together and then spoke with each of our PostNup attorneys.

I worked with Susan Scherman who took the time to walk me through every section of the agreement and explained what it meant and why it was there (and written the way it was). I found these particularly helpful and reassuring.

After a couple of minor revisions we finalized the agreements, and were able to notarize via video call and sign them electronically, on our own schedule! An extremely easy way to complete something we have been meaning to do for a long time.
