very bed service experience with this publishing house

I am deeply disappointed with the way Pothi.com is handling customer orders. Their service is not just slow — it is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

One of my orders has been marked as "completed" on their system, but I have still not received the book. There has been no delivery, no proper communication, and no support. It's as if once they mark an order "completed," they think their job is done, regardless of whether the customer actually receives the product or not.

And if that wasn't bad enough, another order I received was a half-printed book — literally unfinished, poor-quality printing, making it absolutely unusable. This shows shocking negligence and zero quality control.

We trust Pothi.com with our creative work, time, and money. But right now, they are abusing that trust with careless handling, extreme delays, incomplete deliveries, and complete lack of accountability.

If Pothi.com wants to survive and earn the respect of authors and customers, they need to completely overhaul their operations, customer service, and quality assurance immediately.

Until then, I cannot recommend Pothi.com to anyone who values their work and peace of mind.
