I recently placed an order from Australia to deliver a gift to Thailand. I was blown away by the fast and reliable delivery within the specified timeframe. The customer service was also excellent prompt reply and very helpful. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a hassle-free gift delivery experience.

I started using Potico (from the US to order in Bangkok, Thailand) back in August of 2023 when I met my girlfriend. I sent her a set of beautiful flowers 2 weeks after meeting and I have lost count but at least every two months or less I buy a set from them and I have yet to be disappointed. They’re on time and the flowers are arranged well. Even reaching out to the staff to change dates/time has been flexible(I’ve done this several times, sorry 😅) my experience has been so great that i know if i get the privilege to propose to her, I know who I will be calling to help me with flowers/roses I will need for proposal. Thank you Potico and staff! You all are amazing.

Good service, would use again. Time slot was a 4 hour window. I put in the notes to deliver around 5pm if they could. Shortly after 5pm it was delivered so very happy. Thank you!

Don’t trust this company to deliver your flowers. They are never able to deliver in the advertised time window, always hours later than promised. Don't waste your money paying extra for the 1 hour delivery! Really frustrated with the service, no one replying on their customer ‘service’ lines. Please check the reviews carefully, plenty of people saying the same thing!

Sadly, I had the identical issues as mentioned on the below bad reviews. Last year I had a great experience. This time...shocking.

Order showed deliverd, but recipient haven't even got a phone call, contacting customer service, first blaming the customer for giviving incorrect address, which was not true, and statung that they delivered to the very same address before....no response at all from their customer service. Eventually the gift were delivered long after the requested date and time which truly spoiled the once a year suprise completely!

The delivery person provided terrible service with the product. But the admin took care of us and wanted to be impressive, not leaving any problems and being responsible. I admire that.
