Flowers was deliver as promise and on time. A little on the pricey side but with it if you want same day delivery with good selections.

I love this company. They are an absolute lifesaver when it comes to buying beautiful flowers and other gifts for my long distance partner. Everything is perfect and always on time and the communication when I have any questions is always outstanding. I am about to make another purchase for my partner's birthday later this week!

Here we go again, my last negative review was when they completely messed up my surprise to my GF, and after many discussions and finally getting ut write was request to change my rwview, as I was hapoy I deleted my review for sake of peace. But not this time. The response from Portico to messages and calls is zero, thier phone if kept off the hook for sure and was busy from 8.30am to 9.30am and stopped truong, my message on line was sent like 5. 27am in the morning and finally after many other follow up comments got repky at 9.29, which was just basic, no greetings no apologies just order number is......... Then another saying we edit already, I had requested change of wrapping paper from brown to black onky to be informed it will cost baht 45, I'm not cirncerned about this but having placed over 6 orders, there should be a more polite and understanding way of relating this iaaie, had I known there was the option to do this whole ordering I would have done so, so they sent me a screen shot of the customise option that's how's different color papers at Baht 45, the issue is how this was related to me with no care or attention towards a loyal customer, surely for that small amount they could have waived and informed me the option to customise for the next time. Ordering flowers should be easy, joyous and trouble free, they certainly stressed me out with their lack of response and negative attutude.... I for one will not be ordering from Portico ever again.... They just don't care, flowers hot delivered in brown wrapper no concession made hahahaha

Ordered flowers for my girlfriend last minute. They were super friendly and swift with the delivery. Flowers are fresh and beautiful, delivery is quick and seller is responsive. Definitely recommend this if you need flowers and gifts!

I ordered from Potico already 4 times, because they’re simply too efficient. Cheap, good quality, really fast in delivering and have many options about the time range too. Also there is a very good catalogue on their website and app about many things, flowers, cakes, lamps, postcards, jewelry ecc.
