Still haven’t received the flowers, ordered on the 14th, have sent many messages and emails but no reply.

Please help.

Excellent service, flowers and cake exactly as described and print on time delivery. Prices seem to be pretty good when comparing to other similar companies. They also answered a message I send quickly. I have used other similar companies in the past but I will now stick with Potico and can recommend them honestly.

I ordered 6 days in advance for a delivery on Valentine's day. My girlfriend had never had a gift from anyone before on this special day. I trusted potico.co.th with this special moment and they failed terribly. The look of disappointment on my beautiful girl's face broke my heart. I DO NOT recommend every using them.

I love this website, saved my life many times. Super convenient and good quality flower service.

They write the product as “delivered” when nothing has been delivered yet. They are not responsive by whatsapp, line nor facebook.
The provided phone number don’t exist.
Ruined my valentine’s day surprise.

Order TH-1120250212100398 not yet received for 14th Feb 2025 delivery. Contacted them through line app but no response?? Don’t even know whether the order is being delivered or not.. no updates at all!

VERY LATE DELIVERY. No communication. Cannot call. The tracking they gave does not work. Will ruin your special day.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and specified the time window when she would be at home.
There was a short call that she missed. All her callbacks were declined.
Now, two days later, the flowers still haven't been delivered.

Today, my girlfriend called, and she was told the delivery would take place at 5:00 PM.
My emails are not being answered.

It was supposed to be a surprise, but it was completely ruined.
Now it's just problems—many calls, emails, and no results.
Yes the write to me bit only empty words.
the folwers i orderd for 12.02. still no delivery. the necklace i order for today, jo delivery.

i got a refound!
Today i order another Flowers they was deliverd in 2 Hours!!!

It's terrible. I highly do not recommend it. It might make your important day with the person you want to give it to feel upset instead of happy. Last year, the delivery was late. This year, it's okay, the delivery is not late, but the items are incomplete!! After a year, they make excuses. After a year, they should improve a bit. They have to follow up every year even though they are the recipients. Both years, they have to follow up. I read other people's reviews and they are just as terrible. You can read them on Pantip :)

On December 12, my friend and I came across a flower vending machine from Potico. I wanted to get two bouquets, one locker opened as expected. However, when I purchased the second one, an EMPTY locker opened instead.

I was completely dumbfounded, so I reached out to Potico via Line to explain the situation. They responded, saying they could issue me a refund or I could get the flower, I chose to get a refund instead, but it would take 7-14 business days.

Two weeks later, I still hadn't received my refund, so I messaged them again. They replied with, "Sorry, let me check," but then.... nothing. No follow-up, no explanation. I waited an entire hour and sent them another message, thought it was slightly past their operating hours. Fortunately, they replied 30 minutes later, promising me to update me the following day.

Next day comes along, they didn't get back to me first. I had to message them, asking, "Could you please tell me what the update is?" Their response? "Now we are following for you" and "We checking for you." Still, no explanation as to why the refund was pending.

At this point, I started getting impatient. I sent them a long, detailed message expressing my disappointment with their service, and they left me on read lol. I sent them another message after realizing they left me on read.

Finally, they explained that there were delays due to the holidays and had difficulties accessing the withdrawal system. They offered me a choice: either receive a bouquet of flowers or the refund. At this point, I had no interest in the flowers - I just wanted my money back after more than two long weeks of waiting.

Eventually, I got my refund, but only after I sent them that long message. Very coincidental if I'm being honest. Anyway, I am utterly disappointed with Potico. My ldr bf used to surprise me with flowers from them, and I was always in awe of their service. But this experience? The delays, the lack of communication, and the broken promises? Completely unacceptable.

Didn’t deliver the Xmas order the correct place and not within the time frame.

Fortunately they delivered after hours, but at another address!

Tolle Firma. Hat alles super geklappt, von der online Bestellung bis hin zur Lieferung. Alles wurde schnell umgesetzt und geliefert, es entsprach auch alles den Bildern. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich werde es wieder tun.

Potico have ruined my surprise yet again... Use someone else as I should have done😒. This is the second order with potico and they have failed to deliver my girlfriends flowers on both occasions, the delivery people only speak Thai and they do not coordinate with their drivers at all. Not good enough.
