ดิฉันสั่งดอกไม้จากที่นี่ ผ่านทางเว็บไซต์ของร้าน สำหรับโอกาสพิเศษ น่าจะเป็นร้านเดียวที่ครบวงจรในตอนนี้ มีภาพและราคาแจ้งอย่างชัดเจน นอกจากนั้นมีเค้ก ตุ๊กตา และของขวัญอื่นๆอีกเยอะมาก ที่สำคัญจัดส่งฟรี ดิฉันได้รับช่อดอกไม้ตรงตามรูปที่สั่ง ดอกไม้สด และจัดส่งตามเวลาที่เลือก ประทับใจค่ะ ❤️

My first order from Potico was a disaster - they ran out of the original flowers we ordered so we had to change our order and then they kept pushing down the time so much so that we had almost run out of things to keep the celebrant from leaving the venue. Finally when it arrived - the wrong flowers arrived. They eventually gave me a refund but damage was done.

Second time - I was the recipient and they DID get it right. I asked them to postpone the deliver to later that day (when they called me to confirm the delivery time) and it arrived on the dot. This gave me confidence to place another order for a friend who was confined in a hospital and this one went quite well - items were as expected, arrived on time, no major issues.

Current order - I placed an order through an instagram link (the offer that was appearing on my instagram ads were not appearing on the app or on the website so i had to order using the link) and so happy with this order too! product that arrived was exactly as pictured, plus there was a COD option as well.

I am not sure if they work with various suppliers making the experience inconsistent but what I realized is that if there is a promotion or a major event (like valentine's day) they may not exactly be as reliable as they would be on a normal day.

I called them and I was served by k. Manow and I asked to include a gift card with a special text on that she will send toghether with the gifts I sent to my Gf. She quickly added me on whats up and she prepared everything quickly as it was urgent for me. Very high service and a very engaging employee! I highly recommend her and Potico! Will buy from them again!

Delivered flowers at 930 Pm after dinner was finished.

Didn't even provide a receipt of purchase texted back and forth with them trying to get a receipt or proof of purchase. But they only sent screenshot of their backend admin area and ensured my order had been registered.

Ordered flowers to arrive from 2PM to 4PM at my condo. Nothing came no call no nothing. Then I called because we were going out for valentines day dinner. We waited an hour at home. Nothing. They just kept saying it's on the way.

We told them to deliver to the restaurant. Since we were already an hour late to our dinner already waiting for the flowers.

We ate dinner, and nothing from the flowers. We had to call them again. And they just said it was close. No specific time or estimated time of arrival.

After finishing dinner and waiting, they finally said it was 10 minutes away. It was not.

They told me it's in front of the restaurant. I went outside, it was not there.

The driver came 10 minutes after that, when I was already on the phone ready to cancel everything.

I total, I waited 6 hours for a delivery that came after I had finished my dinner and was about to go home.

This was the worst experience. They apologized, didn't offer any compensation, couldn't even produce a roof of receipt when I first purchased.

I the end, I got the flowers, but that was the worst experience I've ever had. Portico ruined what was supposed to a wonderful valentines day date with my wife.

Avoid at all costs, took my money and delivered nothing!!!! zero communication from them despite several Emails hoping some how I can get a refund as of today I've just been ripped off for £50 with no sign of an apology or refund.....

I used them twice...1st time on 12th February with no issues....then my order for 14th Feb didn't arrive....no response to my emails and so I got a Thai friend to call them and was told that all PayPal orders had been cancelled with a refund to follow....I can't fault the first delivery but it seems that they've had a lot of problems regarding Valentine's Day orders hence a lot of recent negative reviews.

Completely ruined Valentines Day. Promised delivery, promised a time and completely failed to deliver. No explanation, no contact. Avoid this company.

absolutely terrible response team. contacted them for 7 hours and only replied after the supposed delivery window. not only were they late, we did not receive the flowers.

This shop just blocked my facebook and ignored all my message on VALENTINE DAY . They delivered a wrong flower .

Absolutely absurd service .

Ordered a bouquet at 10 am for same time delivery and chose 3-6pm slot even though they had earlier ones. However they did not deliver within the time slot and I had to leave the hotel for an anniversary dinner. When I contacted them, they refused to deliver to the restaurant and stopped replying.

Already received the bouquet with perfect quality and really good price, will definitely order again!!!!

This is the best of florist shop that I have met. Although I brought with the discount, seller was very nice to take care of me.
