GOOD QUALITY, POOR LOGISTICS SERVICES, Good Service
The first shipment was partial lost, the replacement was fast but will less items.
The rest items was never shipped to us or the ammount was never detacted from the next order.
The people in Pouch direct, very kinf willing to help, but in the end it slipped from your ERP that not the full order was shipped

Sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied after ordering from us. We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction, but we know something can always happen beyond our control. Also in your case we depend on our international partner 'DPD-parcel service' for all our deliveries within Europe. It happens sometimes that parcels get lost in the millions of packages transported per day. We hope this never happens to any of our customers of course, but sometime it does happen. Despite this problem we are happy that you are satisfied about our customer service how they handled the problem. To compensate this problem and your honest feedback we like to offer you 10% discount on your next order and we hope that we can proof the delivery will be perfect on that order.

Got very good pricing on pouches that were on sale. Very happy with the pouches but quite high shipping cost to Sweden.

Service & quality
I'm a Purchasing Coordinator for a coffee roaster and I buy coffee pouches in excess of GBP 25k per month from various suppliers.
I receive an excellent service every time from Pouch Direct and their consistency together with the quality and the cost effectiveness of their bags is why I continue to do business with them.

Good service, website could be easier to use
Good efficient service, good order tracking so we know when the delivery will arrive.
The website is a little difficult to use with the various bag options. Payment via credit card is wonderful as avoids PayPal.

Lamino Delivery and guide
The Lamino has been delivered at the wrong place by DPP and we needed to take it by car to the other location.
The guide with the equipment is in Dutch. We got it in English upon request via email.

Thank you for your review. We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction, which is very difficult when you work with different partners. In your case our partner DPD-parcel service in Switzerland made a mistake by relabeling your package with the wrong address on it. DPD-parcel service was of course willing to correct their mistake to make a new delivery to the correct address. In the meanwhile you made your own pickup already.
We send the new manual in English directly after you asked us by email. It is correct that we only pack the Dutch manual into the box. All translations are send by email to our customers.
