A returing customer. Great value items for kids party bags. Super quick delivery.

Very dissatisfied with most of my order. Certainly not worth £41, Couldn't believe the size of the click catch ball. So small. When you click it the ball leaves with so much force, there is no way that you can re-catch it. Adults can't do it, children gave up.... meant to be happy occasion it was not...not sure if I will use you again 😐

Use them a few times. For the price I can't complain. The grand children just love all the silly bits. If you got young kids (mine are 6+ 8 ) then great. Older kids might not be so easily pleased.

I highly rate this site it’s brilliant my daughter loves the surprise boxes and the selection of toys and party bits available, she was blown away by her unicorn box she kept asking for and she loves the Barbie and hello kitty box’s she got, very good value for money in my opinion as one item alone in the boxes is worth the full price of the whole box. Thank you you have made a 4 yr old very happy

I bought a Barbie Mega Surprise Box advertised as age 3+, with 9 items and an RRP of £60. The product received did not match this description.

Several items were not suitable for a 3-year-old and were labelled 5+, including small plastic toys. There were only 8 items, plus a small pack of sweets. The contents included low-value items such as £1.99 books, pencil and a 1000-piece puzzle, which is clearly unsuitable for a young child.

I contacted the company to request a return and refund. After one reply asking about my concerns, I received no further response despite waiting nearly three weeks.

Misleading product and poor customer service. I would not buy from this company again.

I think I’ve waited long enough to write this review, hoping that by some miracle I was going to be proven wrong but we’re past that.

I placed a small order on 24/10/25 which arrived with no issues, while ordering I fell for the mystery boxes and after thinking about it for a while, decided to order 3 on 21/11/25, baring in mind, at the time the website stated free next day delivery on orders over £40 and mine was well over this. On 25/11/25 I got notification that part of my order (1 of the 3 mystery boxes and a few random stocking fillers I had ordered) had been shipped, it arrived 27/11/25. I wasn’t overly impressed with the contents of the mystery box but that’s the risk I took and I was excited to receive the rest of my order, I kept waiting then found the reviews and knew I’d made a mistake but tried to keep my hopes up, I shouldn’t have bothered.

On 17.12.25 - nearly 4 weeks after I placed the order, I got notification that the rest of my order had been fulfilled, I gained a bit of hope, maybe it’d be here just before Xmas, well this time I didn’t get any tracking details, the first time I did, so I’m pretty sure they’ve just ticked off my order as complete without actually sending it.

During all this time I’ve tried to contact them via the phone number (just costing me more money on my phone bill), through the ridiculous AI customer service chat at via email numerous times and I’m sure like many others, I’m just being ignored.

They’ve scammed me out of my money, and by the looks of it, many others too. Won’t be using again and I’ll be making sure to warn everyone I know not to use them either!

Took weeks to come no communication until i got in touch with…why sell a product if its not in stock!!!!

I’ve recieved my parcel with missing items and also I’ve contacted and not had a response since I first contacted them

I ordered the board game surprise box, supposedly reduced from nearly £60 to £30 for a wee bonus family gift for Christmas. Guaranteed a minimum of £50 worth of games.

The picture selling the product was full of named brands like monopoly and operation so was hopefully would have 1 or 2 good quality games in the box.

What has been delivered is 6 cheap, non brand, poor quality games.

Really disappointed and very misled !

They don't answer emails, don't respond to message on social media, don't respond to messages sent through their website. Don't expect a refund and if you by some miracle get money back don't expect the the full amount. AVOID!

Ok, ordered spray chalk which comes as powder and u add water to activate it, turns out lid wasn't screwed on and I had a pretty big order which is now all covered on chalk powder, not good!

*UPDATE* It's 4pm on 22nd and my parcel has just arrived. Disappointed would be an understatement.
I ordered 1 x ultimate boy's mystery box and 1 x ultimate mystery toy box.
First of all, both boxes worth of toys were thrown into one big box, not packaged separately.
They are priced at £25 with a RRP of £61.87 and £25 with a RRP of £64.87.
So there should be approx £125 worth of toys in the box. Everything in it looks like it comes from the bottom of someone's bin! It's a load of tat, not even worth the £25 each box was and certainly not even close to the RRP of over £120.
I wish I could post a photo of what I received so you could all get a good laugh.
What a waste of £50. PoundSCAM is what they need to change their name to.

I placed an order on 15th at approx 1pm. Their website says ALL orders over £40 qualify for free guaranteed next day delivery (my order was over £50) so my parcel should have arrived the next day.
Well it is now the 19th and I have only just received an email saying Evri are expecting my parcel...it's not even out for delivery, they're just waiting for it.
I am absolutely LIVID. If I knew the parcel wasn't going to be here the next day I would have ordered elsewhere.
Not only this but if you want to check for delivery updates they try and make you download and sign up for some scammy app to do so.
NO-ONE from the website replies to emails either.
Poundfun clearly have the business mind and customer service skills of deceased slugs!
First and last time I order from them.
