Massive variety of products, always my go to shop whenever I need anything whether that’s Halloween, christmas, birthdays, easter! Fast delivery, lovely customer service and excellent prices. They always have amazing deals on too! 10/10!

I’ve ordered from poundfun plenty of times and never had a problem weathers it’s been craft making stuff to bluey toys and cocomelon absolutely brilliant company with amazing products and prices and it’s the sort of site you need with kids and the cost of everything going up but yet they still manage to keep there prices low which of course is one of the many reasons why I love to shop at poundfun

Ordered a few mystery boxes now, and every one has been brilliant, definitely worth the money.

I ordered 4 mega boxes and some bits, 1 mega box and bits arrived nothing else, have tried calling they emailed and said the photo of delivery showed 3 packages. Yes it does but only one from them. Which they can clearly see. I’m disgusted with the lack of customer care

I has no problems on my previous two orders but this time I had two floatable toys were faulty. I asked for a replacement and I was told I was going to hear back, never heard back from anyone. If you can take the risk of the items being faulty then but it but if you think you would need customer service help, dont bother

When you order a halloween box get a box with nothing halloween in it you get 6 items that are slime and ball of some sort and packets of gelli play a pack of heart sweets and get ignored on there Web chat brilliant customer service not!!

Bought two surprise boxes (Gabby and Barbie) and they were really naff! The price totalled less than advertised and there were lots of pieces that were tat.
I asked to return these items as it wasn’t as advertised. PoundFun said I could return the items but at my own expense. It would cost quite a lot to post these back via the post office, so I feel really ripped off.

Took payment on 19th September stated delivery 2-4 days.

Then stated order was processed on 24th September. By 2nd no parcel delivered! During this interim I raised concerns through email and social media; days for responses and then no apology! Response from stating the company is inadequate and disrespectful to not even apologise was it was an AI response.
Then I had we need check it with our courier as the courier hasn’t scanned it. I responded well you clearly know I haven’t got it if the courier hasn’t scanned it so give me my money back as the birthday has passed and I don’t want to deal with the company any longer. It was only when threatening trading standards I was issued a refund of items I didn’t receive. Poundfun had my money from 19th September until 10th October. I will never use the company again.

Unfortunately i ordered a halloween mega box, it promissed at least 16 items, i got 8 nearly all slime, nowhere near the £25 that paid.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

If i could give no stars i would. I spent 50 pound on 2 mystery boxes that were meant to have a value of £60 in each box. 25 pound each. I recieved 1 box with not even £20 worth of toys etc. i emailed in regards to this problem and have been completely ignored! Im a single mum trying to make christmas special for my children one who is disabled that i care for myself so things arent cheap or easy. Absolutely devasted that a company could take someones much needed money and take advantage. DO not order. Companys can make mistakes but to not even respond, refund or atleast apologise is disgusting

If I could give no stars I would! Dreadful service and no feedback. I ordered on 22/9 and the order was supposed to leave then and arrive 3-4 days afterwards. When no delivery arrived, I emailed them. I had no confirmation from them of my order or tracking details. They failed to reply. I emailed again afterwards and still they did not reply. I requested a refund and, yep you guessed it, no reply. I contacted Pay Pal and told them I wanted a refund. Funnily enough, the day afterwards, they decided to send out my order the day AFTER I requested my refund. I had to buy my goods elsewhere as I was waiting for it to complete a costume for a party. It took them 11 days to bother sending me an order I don’t want and asked for a refund. I would avoid this company like the plague. Luckily I didn’t spend a fortune.
