We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and for the inconvenience this has caused – especially when it was something special for the children at your school.

Unfortunately, in this case, there was a delay with our courier partner which was completely out of our control, and we understand how frustrating this must have been, particularly with the tracking number issues and the missed delivery window.

We also apologise for the delay in our responses during this time — we’ve since followed up and reached out to you directly to help resolve this matter.
