They advertise with price reductions and free shipping if you buy multiple items, but the discount is never actually applied. Customer service is also non existent, as none of their Email addresses actually work. Contacting them through the contact form also won't result in an answer. Finally the prices are really inflated, sometimes charging almost double for the product than on other sites. Even though the name Power Build is used, I highly doubt this is an official platform of the brand

I gave a set as Christmas gift and there were parts missing.
I contacted this company via email twice a week apart and had no response, then I used their chat feature on their website and the automated system told me they would send the missing pieces.
Weeks later I go an email from the company, telling me they would send the items. I recieved no tracking.
I then got another email from them a week later. Obvioulsy this was in respose to my first 2 emails that I had sent over a month before hand.
They said that nothing had been organised or sent so they would do that for me, I asked for tracking to ensure they had been sent but have heard nothing since.
