1/4 inch, 6” ratchet broke trying to remove a rusted bolt. Tried to get warranty is a nightmare. The runaround is crazy. Horrible customer service (if that’s what you call it)

Absolutely blown away by their warranty/replacement policy. I had borrowed a master brake caliper kit and accidentally misplaced one of the adapter disks. I was afraid I was going to have to replace the whole $150 kit, but I emailed customer support (who replied very quickly), and was given a direct number to their parts department. One short phone call later, and I was told my free replacement was on its way to my home. THANK YOU SO MUCH POWERBUILT.
