I cannot fault the dealings with this company, The item was well packed, clearly labelled and delivered right on time. If in the future they have an item that is even dearer than other places that I need it is this company that will have the order.

Apologies that we could not complete your order. Our site clearly indicates whether an item is out of stock by showing a backorder sign at the top of the page. We also display a delivery schedule of at least 3-5 working days of the item is out of stock. Should it take longer for the item to arrive we do communicate the time scales involved. Powerbutton
