Ordered the kettle and toaster in cedar green. Love the retro look of them. Arrived quickly and couldn’t wait to open them.
The kettle is quiet whilst boiling the water and the toaster works perfectly.
Not only do they look great they’re very functional too.

My old Haden kettle needed replacing after about 12 years. I'm very happy with my new kettle. Prompt service, quality product. One happy customer

Had to contact customer service. They were very perfessional, and dealt with & rectified my query swiftly. I'm delighted.

Had to return a faulty kettle within the 2 year warranty, supplied a picture and receipt, customer service sent a label to return free of charge and received a new kettle within 2 days. Customer service was excellent, I could not fault it, their communication was faultless also. From start to finish took under 7 days.

We've had a fridge freezer for 15 months, model number HK144W, which is now completely dead, it needs a new control pcb, Called HADEN customer services, who gave us contact details for their spares stockist, MINERVA,after 3 weeks of e mailing with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER and no contact phone number available we have now thrown it away and purchased a more reputable brand of appliance,
WARNING,IF YOU NEED SPARES THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!
No doubt someone whos concerned about the bad review will be along soon with their condescending remarks !

Bought a new microwave and it didnt work. They were very good at first and replaced it with a new one. New one isnt even usable. It wobbles about as the bottom of it doesnt seem to be put on right and when used the top gets red hot so all in all is dangerous. They are not interested now and didnt answer my email. Am having to ditch both, lose my money and start over. Will never buy a Haden product again.

Great customer service. Had a faulty
Kettle and reported it. Reply in hours and exchange arranged. I would recommend this company, not only for the great kettles, but the service that goes with a purchase.

FANTASTIC COMPANY. Replaced my old Haden microwave with the same model. It arrived and after plugging it in it didn't work. Called customer service and they sent a new one out to me the very same day. This one worked great. Wonderful customer service.

Given a bad experience with a big catalogue high st,distributor ,who seemed to put obstacles for any reason,therefore on contacting you ,all completed in a forthright and professional way,thank you very much for dealing with this much appreciated.

Great customer Service! 4 stars, as we had an issue with the product itself, however, cannot fault the speed of the resolution. New kettle will be delivered tomorrow and the brew's will be brewing once again.

Brilliant customer service, my airfryer stopped working,sent email to Haden replied next day sent me return label, I returned faulty one and received my new one today, all sorted out in days ,couldn't be happier.

I had a problem that the retailer would not sort out even with the majority of the paperwork required, Haden we’re only too happy to help and replies came within days and a resolution given in a matter of days. Could not be happier, many thanks to the team

0 stars for Haden reply to by trust pilot reviews. They sent me the same reply I got when I first complained directly.
I am cooking 40 years and know well how to clean non stick cookware.
I don’t use any other non stick products.
I won’t be buying from Haden ever again.

I have a Haden air Fryer and have had no problem with it until the last week when it keeps turning itself halfway through cooking . The sign Door Open comes on but the door is closed . Have you any answers ?

I love the products but I was disappointed when DPD (their courier) messaged me to say the order would have to be picked up at my local post office. Not a problem I thought, but with three items that came in a massive huge box it was very difficult for me to take out of the post office, drag it along the pavement to my car, then hoist a heavy box inside my car. Why they couldn’t deliver it to my house, I have no idea!

Although we did have some mechanical issues with our Haden toaster, the quality of aftersales service was exceptional, with Haden quickly replacing the unit under warranty, with good communication throughout the process.
