The team at Powered Now are always on hand to help with any queries that we may have. We usually use the chat option for this and we never have to wait long for a response.
Woody has been particularly helpful recently when we had an issue with our new pricing not updating for all of the Powered Now users in our business. He responded swiftly and with instructions that were easy to follow.
Its refreshing to have excellent technical support on hand whenever we need it.

Powered Now is an excellent tool for our business, featuring an intuitive design that's straightforward to navigate. It offers all the necessary features for us to operate seamlessly and efficiently. Whenever I need assistance, I can quickly access support through the chat feature and receive the help I require in just a few minutes. When I need to familiarize myself with a new function in Powered Now for my job, I simply schedule a complimentary training session online, where I receive a video call to guide me through everything I need to learn. I can't imagine how a company could make it any easier or simpler.

Really helpful support as always when I need it.

Being someone more tool based than pc i found the site very user friendly and not to technical. Barney from tech support has been amazing help giving me quick support to help me with the problems i had and saved me some much time! Would highly recommend for anyone starting out

Very helpfull platform. It helps me so much to complete the reports in a few minutes within sites areas.

Jenson helped me out to sort my account out and save me money, He made what would normally be a painful process very easy. I’m definitely satisfied but you need to get rid of that third-party payment shit as I have been unable to access my account because of it very disappointed.

I have been using Powdered Now for 9 months now and I can honestly say it’s completely changed my business.
As a self employed gas engineer finishing at the end of the day meant invoicing/ quoting.
During the day valuable work time was wasted writing notes for completed work, booking appointments or filling out gas safety certificates.
Since using Powered Now all my booking of appointments, invoicing can be done in minutes in the van.
Preset invoices for repetition work such as gas safety and servicing are one click of a button.
All gas safety forms are available at finger tips and follow easy, well thought out format.
I can say the system easily saves me 3-4 hours a day.
The technical support from the team at Powered Now is second to none.
The online trainings great and as you use the system you can find short cuts that suit you.
Any questions or stumbling blocks are phone call or message away and reply is very prompt.
There are continuous catch ups from the team to see if everything is going ok and to answer any questions that may have come up using the system.
Overall my productivity is up by around 40% !!
Customers love it as they are notified of appointments as soon as you book them and because you invoice as soon as the jobs completed cash flow is the best it’s ever been. For repeat work like services the system sends customers reminders when it’s due so they contact you to book it in.
Another great feature is you can compare your business performance from month to month.
I have opted to link it with Zero accounting which completes the package, enabling you to see what bills have been paid and what ones are due or overdue.
My account is linked to Zero so I always know where I stand regarding my business finances, profits, loss, tax excetra.
Overall Powered Now is worth every penny and pays for itself in precious relaxing and family time from the hours it saves you on a daily basis.

Honestly, being in construction trade for so many decades and there not ever being a modern software programme, until now is a huge game changer. I will always support Powered Now for good the software programme is amazing but the team deserve many applauds, as the support second to none!

Woody and others are always very helpful. Help can come in many forms to suit the need of my query. Prompt response too. Easy to talk to and always friendly.

I have been using powered now since its early days back in 2015, and have not been surprised at its exceptional rise to its current success, unlike other platforms they have spoken to the users for thought on improvements and shortfalls they learn and adapt constantly to make it user friendly and trade specific. Just can’t fault any aspect of powered now and the staff.

I had a problem deleting an invoice for a job in Powered Now that had been cancelled, but Woody sorted it out for me quickly.

Very happy with Powered Now. Have used them for over a year and would highly recommend them. Dawn is always available on the phone when needed which is amazing.

Again I had a problem, Although It was my problem not understanding the system. But again they helped me through it again,,, cheers lads

I was extremely disappointed with Powered Now. They charged me £660 for a 2-year subscription renewal without my consent. I did not authorize this payment, and I only discovered it after the money had already been taken.

When I contacted customer support, I found the experience unhelpful and frustrating. It felt unfair to be billed such a large amount without approval or clear communication.

I strongly advise anyone considering Powered Now to check billing terms very carefully before signing up. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I was talking to Jenson today on video call to learn more about Powered Now and how it works, I couldn't be anymore happier with the experience and how it was all explained to me, very patient and understanding and explained everything very well.

Jenson is so professional ,sent in a request via the portal and within a couple of minutes he phoned and sorted the issue out absolute brilliant service
