After having a few questions regarding the app, Barney was brilliant and extremely quick with responding, even over the weekend!

had some technical issues , barney ran me through them within 5 mins of my issue and helped me finish off my cert which i was currently doing

Powered Now is a great software for our business, simple to use, easy to read layout, has everything we need to run smoothly and efficiently . Occasionally I have to ask for some help and it’s usually minutes on a chat function getting help i need. Whenever i have to learn a new function on Powered Now within my role i go online and book my free training and get a video call showing me everything I want to know, I mean i am not sure what more a company could do to make it all so easy and simple.

Moving over to Powered Now from another big name as the software isn't as powerful and smart as they say it is.
After some deliberation I decided to take the leap! Dawn from marketing and Luke from training have been nothing but helpful and the software seems very easy to use with loads of great features that just make sense.

Any issues that I come across you can get in touch with the guys easily and quickly and the always respond in a timely manner to fix the issue. Woody kept me updated with my latest issue until it was resolved.

Barney was very helpful and took the time to explain my problem in detail I could understand and turns out it’s a problem with my device and not the software

I’ve just come over from a competitor of powered now, they’ve been super helpful on the transaction. They’ve given me help from linking my accounting software to make sure my invoices from this app are being reconciled for my accounting software.

As well as helping me to link my card machine up to my account. I no longer have to worry about anything. Powered now have done all the hard work. I feel as though all I have to do now is go worry about my actual work. Not paperwork!

The system is somewhat customisable to your specific needs and the team are ALWAYS on hand to sort out any issues and improve the user experience for you day to day.

We're coming up to the end of our first year with PN, and I can't see us changing any time soon

We have recently signed up with Powered Now to manage our pest control business scheduling. Luke has provided great support, web tutorials, video meetings and speedy responses to any queries. I cannot praise him enough.

I subscribes to your premium or what ever, to do forms, it wont do forms on my app. You aknowledeged the reciept. I tried to add a form, you then offered an upgrade, I clicked upgrade, you then said do you want to buy it again.....Total trash.

Signing up to powered now was straight forward and lucinda made sure all my questions (even the small stupid ones) were answered and everything explaned!

Lucinda is a breath of fresh air. She helped immensely and took me through powerednow and showed me things I never knew existed. Lucinda has helped me figure out items and explain them that I was previously frustrated with to the point I was about to cancel powerednow. With the guidance Lucinda has provided and future help at hand it will help my business be more streamlined and professional. Thank you Lucinda

Right from the start Powered now have been great from booking in on my demo call to catch up calls to see how I'm getting on and if i needed any further training on the app. Lucinda has helped me multiple times from over the phone to video call training explaining all the little things to save me time. overall great experience so far with Powered Now

Great customer service and technical assistance

A great experience dealing with the people at Powered Now. The management software itself is the best I've seen and has really helped us manage the business in a more efficient way. It's been super simple to use and is at a great price. I highly recommend any tradesmen, in any industry, to give it a try.

Annual subscription automatically came out of my bank. Called up to see about getting a refund on the same day as I don't need this service anymore. They never called me back with a response so I had to chase this up and apparently they can't offer a refund of any sort. In my settings on the app I had even selected monthly billing, so even with my late call for cancellation a fair response would be to pay for one month only. Not the case and no room for compromise. Its left a sour note for an application I would otherwise have recommended.

Don't trust this company! They have been charging me double for over a year now! As other reviewers have stated when bringing this to their attention they don't want to know or answer! The best thing you could do is download all you customers to csv and go to a different company!

Great software, great layout, had a few questions that I needed help with that are always answered promptly! Ben Woodford always a massive help, recommend this for any SME, startup, sole trader the lot!!
