You acknowledged my order and told me when it shipped and when it would be delivered and I got texts from An Post so I had certainty at all stages of the ordering process.

I could not have asked for better plus I love the Shilajit product. I have ordered before and will again.

Delivery was very efficient.
I have not yet tyried the supplement.

Quickish easy service, it did say when if I bought within such a timeframe I'll get it by Friday 28th Feb bit misleading there as I didn't get it. cant fault product

Great products but no one answers my phone calls or social media messages to ask questions about what I am purchasing and if there are any discount codes seeing as I am buying products regularly.

My partner and I ordered a product from Powerful, which met some unfortunate delivery issues/delays outside the responsibility of Powerful.

When discussing with the Powerful Team, they went above and beyond to rectify the issue (which they certainly did not have to do !). We were very impressed with their accommodations, and we cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and the Team at Powerful.ie.

In other words, we highly recommend. A+

Need to work on tracking, Its a must have these days and very frustrating when the track your order process doesn't work,other than that all good (But it should be a given your going to get the product you ordered)
