Sent the wrong product but when I phoned to point this out they were very polite and apologetic. They immediately sent the right product, together with a prepaid returns label, trusting me to return the original item to them. Well done.

Brilliant company to deal with. We couldn't get our product set up, a phone call to the company resolved the issue (no waiting about on the phone due to Covid - a miracle in itself!) a replacement was sent out straight away which arrived next day!! Exceptional customer service, I would give them 10 stars 😊

Bought as a replacement keypad. Better quality than before. Very similar layout and signaling to the previous. I have two keypads upstairs for night setting and downstairs at exit.

Ordered for the next day and arrived on time and everything went smoothly

this item is good value for money, only issue was an extra days wait for dispatch due to staff shortages due to covid, not really a major issue, I spoke to them and they explained the issue, their email system sent out an incorrect dispatch notice.

I would recommend this company, they were on the ball with my enquiry and did not try to hide what went wrong.
