Everyone I dealt with were supa-helpful. I had to cancel the first meeting at last minute and could rearrange it at my home. Everything was well organised and the service outstanding.

I have used Device Doctors before,they are everything on the side of the tin and more.Graham appreciated the urgency of the job,was swift, explained everything as he went along.We have a complex system,whcih required updating,now works and we have a plan to bring it up to future proof it in due course.Fair prices,fast service and great staff are a formidable combination.I would not look anywhere else,the back up service is supreme as well!!!

I am an elderly person who finds anything to do with computers just beyond me but unfotunately they are a necessary evil. That's where Device Doctors were so helpful. Charlie sorted me out and explained well some of the precedures needed to do what I needed. When I had to go back 2 days later that was no problem and I wasn't charged. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friend and family.

Friendly customer service. Explained how they could help me clearly, gave the cost of repair, fixed my issue quickly. They took the time to explain issues in a way I understood. Knowledgeable, friendly and no job seems too small. I highly recommend calling Device Doctors for any computer related issues.

You ask for help with problems and they are solved. It’s good too know you can ask for tutoring on a device as well . I was recommended this company many years ago and from the beginning found they were helpful and have had no reason to change that opinion

An appointment was arranged very quickly and very soon after I contacted them.

Now I have to see if I can work things out on my own.

The team responded to my enquiry quickly inviting me to come in to their office when it suited me to look at the laptop. When I took my laptop in they diagnosed the issue there and then and gave me a price to fix it. They ordered the part, called me when it was in and fixed it as soon as I dropped it off!

When my very old PC suddenly turned up its toes and all my data was inaccessible, Charlie of Device Doctors saved the day. He collected the PC and managed to retrieve the data which I opted to be transferred to a new PC after he explained the options . The previous data organisation was preserved and he delivered the new PC to me. Charlie explained what was happening, what the costs and timescales were and answered all my questions. I am now able to pick up where I left off and am very grateful.
