Credit Card Products......

We are a small charity and we have our energy with Pozitive and all seems to be working well. However we then agreed to go with their credit card machines. This was October last year. We wanted two of the machines to operate a donation point machines, but this was not possible. I have been in contact with several agents who promised to sort out our issue and provide us with the correct product. In this case they have not been great at responding and make promises but don't follow up. I have asked for the contact details of a manager but not had anything so far. Our issue continues.....
